The contractor is required to read all supplemental documents (paramount house fire alarm replacement assessment report, one-line diagram drawings, floor plan drawings), and specifications.

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) issued a Notice of Intent to sole source a commercial contract to Ostlund’s Fire Protection for fire sprinkler and alarm system testing and inspection at Fort Peck Service Unit clinics in Poplar and Wolf Point, MT. The notice states this is not a request for proposals and encourages firms believing they can provide the service to identify themselves within 7 days of the publication date; it lists required NFPA 72 testing/inspection tasks, quarterly scheduling, and written device-level reports. The posting includes two attached SOW PDFs describing fire suppression and fire alarm system testing service details and lists a response deadline of June 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. EDT.

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system and modify existing fire alarm panels in Springfield, IL. The project integrates with the Mass Notification Warning System and must meet current codes and DAFI requirements within a 180-day performance period. This 100% Small Business set-aside has an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for a single firm fixed-price contract to design and install a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system at the Springfield, IL ANG base. The project will integrate with the existing Mass Notification Warning System and must meet UFC and DAFI standards to ensure redundancy in case of system failure. This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside with an estimated project value between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a performance period of 180 days.

Monitoring and maintenance services for district wide security system and fire alarm system.

The Contractor shall test all Fire Alarm System devices at the Montgomery campus in accordance with NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code). Specific Tasks Include: Test all devices in each occupied building, including but not limited to: strobes, pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct detectors, supervisory devices, and waterflow devices. Provide documentation for each building, including the number of devices, device type, location, and pass/fail status. Repair or replace worn or broken parts and troubleshoot to ensure all system troubles are cleared. Perform all inspections in accordance with the most recent editions of NFPA 72, TJC standards, and VA requirements. See attached file.

Bid Package #2: The project includes installation of a new networked fire alarm system for the housing and residence life buildings on campus. Some of the buildings have an upgraded fire alarm system that will be networked into the new campus wide system as part of this package.
