Fire Alarm System RFPs

Monitoring and maintenance services for district wide security system and fire alarm system.

The Contractor shall test all Fire Alarm System devices at the Montgomery campus in accordance with NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code). Specific Tasks Include: Test all devices in each occupied building, including but not limited to: strobes, pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct detectors, supervisory devices, and waterflow devices. Provide documentation for each building, including the number of devices, device type, location, and pass/fail status. Repair or replace worn or broken parts and troubleshoot to ensure all system troubles are cleared. Perform all inspections in accordance with the most recent editions of NFPA 72, TJC standards, and VA requirements. See attached file.

Bid Package #2: The project includes installation of a new networked fire alarm system for the housing and residence life buildings on campus. Some of the buildings have an upgraded fire alarm system that will be networked into the new campus wide system as part of this package.

This design-build project will replace existing fire alarm systems that have reached the end of their useful life in three campus buildings. The work includes removal of existing systems, design and installation of new addressable fire alarm systems, and all associated equipment, wiring, programming, and architectural patching required for a complete and functional system.

Provide fire alarm system inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.

The Project consists of upgrading the fire alarm system for the fully sprinklered hi-rise building with an addressable system compliant with current code requirements.

This is a solicitation for a EST Certified vendor to repair current issues with Fire Alarm Safety System. Repair communication network for five (5) alarm panels to properly communicate with its remote annunciators. There are five (5) panels on site located in separate buildings.

Upgrade all existing fire alarm systems and devices to current code requirements, provide addressable systems where now zoned if possible and code required, and upgrade the fire alarm devices with hardwired devices replacing battery units, including co detection devices.

This is an SDVOSB set-aside solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs to completely replace and upgrade the campus fire alarm system at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The project includes comprehensive construction work as detailed in the provided drawings and technical specifications. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM EDT on May 27, 2026.

The City of Carson is soliciting bids to supply, install, configure, and support one advanced weapons detection pedestrian screening system configured as a single lane with two detection pillars for City Hall. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) with an anticipated contract term of five years and a possible award of one or more contracts to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The procurement includes delivery, training, maintenance, software, warranty, and related services for the screening system.

Construction of a new Fire Station No. 11. The station is a 11,790 SF building, with 3 Apparatus bays, 10 Dormitories, Kitchen, Dining, Restrooms, Day Room, Exercise Room, Offices, Workshop, Storage, EMS, Fire Control Room, Data Room, Electrical Room, and other supporting spaces. Type-v wood frame construction, concrete tile roof and SBS roof. The station is equipped with mechanical, plumbing, electrical system, vehicle exhaust removal system, station alerting system, fire alarm system, and NFPA 13 automatic fire sprinkler system. The associated site improvement includes access road, drive approaches, paving, parking, trash enclosure, site walls, fence, gates, flagpole, monument sign, parking light standards, transformer, emergency generator, hose drying rack, propane tank, sand-oil interceptor, fire hydrants, underground utilities, and landscape, on a 3.5-acre lot.

Provide mass communication alert notification system.

Madison County is soliciting bids for fire alarm system upgrades at the Madison County Highway Department facility in Illinois. This procurement opportunity covers security and fire alarm services along with associated equipment installation. The solicitation opened in late April 2026 and is scheduled to accept bids until May 27, 2026.

Inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fixed fire extinguishing systems including, but not limited to: detection and extinguishing system components, extinguishing agents, suppression system components, standpipes, hoses, and pumps.

Providing a complete campus fire alarm system. Work includes (but is not limited to) providing fire alarm control panels (emergency voice type) interconnected using a dedicated fire alarm fiber optic backbone network, fire alarm devices, fire alarm cabling/wiring, power for fire alarm control panels and equipment, conduits, junction boxes, concrete encased underground ductlines, handholes/pullboxes, pull station signage, environmental and painting work, programming/testing/training and the removal of the existing fire alarm system.

Provide FPSU fire alarm and sprinkler system pm service. The company shall provide Fire Sprinkler and Alarm System Testing and Inspection.

Provide fire alarm system preventive maintenance and repair services.

Bid Package #4: The project includes installation of a new networked fire alarm system for the Gerdin Wellness Center building. This upgraded fire alarm system will be networked into the new campus wide system as part of this bid package.

The solicitation requests installation of a new, networked fire alarm system for the Gerdin Wellness Center as part of a campus-wide fire alarm network upgrade. Minnesota State University is the issuing entity for this Bid Package #4 project. The opportunity was posted on May 22, 2026, and is currently open for proposals.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for miscellaneous alarm, signal, and security detection systems (PSC 6350, NAICS 334290). The opportunity is a small-business set-aside and requires capability documentation, a price list if applicable, and at least three past performance references; vendors with merit will be issued Master BPAs to bid on future calls. The SAM.gov posting lists a public Past Performance Questionnaire attachment and provides POCs (Rebecca Collins, Brandi Sorzano, Michelle Ellerbe) for submission and questions.
