Fire Alarm System RFPs

The scope of this requirement includes removal of existing fire alarm and mass notification systems and installation of new combination Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm (FA) and Mass Notification Systems (MNS).

The District of Columbia Department of Public Works (DPW) has issued an Invitation for Bid for a Fire Alarm System, covering parts and accessories, inspection of fire alarms, and maintenance of integrated fire alarm and access control/security systems. This open market procurement seeks qualified contractors to supply fire alarm system parts, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance on integrated fire alarm and security systems. The contracting officer for this solicitation is Hildred Pepper.

Monitoring, inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, repair, etc. Of all fire alarm, smoke purge, service mains and appurtenances, sprinklers, extinguishing systems and portable fire extinguishers.

The Massachusetts Department of Correction seeks a contractor to provide an off-site, computer-driven, high-speed emergency telephone notification service capable of contacting designated lists at high rates, notifying personnel via pagers and cellular phones, and posting updates to social platforms. The service should support number storage/processing, multi-number calling, resident confirmation, and delivery reporting for a multi-year contract.

Work inlcudes install of new fully automatic voice evacuation fire alarm system (non-proprietary system) and removal of old fire alarm system.

The Department of the Air Force has a requirement to procure, deliver, and install a Fire Station Alerting and Alarm (FSAA) System. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, software, and labor to ensure a fully operational and integrated system. Detailed technical specifications and performance requirements are outlined in the associated Performance Work Statement.

Replacement of fire alarm system.

Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Construct a new plant-wide Honeywell Notifier fire alarm system. This work includes providing a new addressable horn-strobe fire alarm system for the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and the Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station (ETDPS). The system shall include all devices, wiring, raceways, pull boxes, control panels, alarm, and supervisory signal devices, alarm notification appliances, and all other accessories. Demolition of the existing Edwards fire alarm system after the new fire alarm system is installed, tested, commissioned, and accepted by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Install a new Onyx Works workstation in the Easterly WWTP security building for addressable annunciation, graphical visibility, alarming and reporting purposes.

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for a single firm fixed-price contract to design and install a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system at the Springfield, IL ANG base. The project will integrate with the existing Mass Notification Warning System and must meet UFC and DAFI standards to ensure redundancy in case of system failure. This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside with an estimated project value between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a performance period of 180 days.

Provide a complete, new, fully addressable fire alarm system for the police department building. The system shall replace the existing fire alarm system in its entirety and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, devices, wiring, programming, permits, testing, documentation, training, and commissioning necessary to provide a complete and fully operational fire alarm and signaling system.
