This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the procurement of a Polaris Ranger SP 570 utility vehicle on behalf of the New Mexico Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office. The Government is requesting firm-fixed price quotes from vendors meeting the attached specifications. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror whose past performance is deemed acceptable, evaluated on Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price.

Mastication of vegetation to reduce wildland urban interface hazardous fuels in the ocean springs unit of mscnwr will be completed for a total of of approximately 1204 acres. Three burn units are incorporated into this project. Units o-20, o-17, and o-08. Units o-20 and o-17 north of the transmission line will require all vegetation with a diameter of eight (8) inches and smaller will be masticatled down to mineral soil inside the following designated units. A combination of under growth removal and stems up to 8 inches in diameter within the perimeter and interior of the project area are to be conducted
