The scope includes site assessment, monitoring, and operation of dual-phase extraction and wastewater treatment systems over an estimated 5–10 year period. The project has an anticipated value between $1,000,000 and $4,999,999 and is currently listed with an upcoming status.

Provide environmental services.

The National Park Service (NPS) Intermountain Region issued a sole-source Justification to obtain a high-level environmental noise evaluation in support of America's 250th Anniversary fireworks on the National Mall. The work involves estimating noise exposures and potential impacts to people and historic structures to inform NEPA documentation and mitigation planning. The analysis must be completed by May 29, 2026, to support the July 4, 2026 event, with Blue Ridge Research and Consulting LLC identified as the sole-source incumbent.
