Seeking interested environmental laboratories for providing environmental laboratory services for the city’s three (3) wastewater treatment plants, two (2) water plants, (1)package treatment plant, the pretreatment program, & the stormwater program. Services shall include analysis of industrial pretreatment samples, wastewater plant influent and effluent samples, sludge samples, surface waters and water plant raw and finished samples.

The solicitation seeks qualified consultants to provide professional environmental consulting services for a Kansas-based issuing entity. The scope of work includes environmental site assessment and investigations, environmental remediation, hazardous building materials assessment and abatement services, waste management and disposal services, and environmental compliance and technical support services. Multiple contracts are expected to be awarded from this procurement, and the awarded consultants will provide on-call professional services. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the BidNet Direct platform by the stated deadline.

The Orange County Water District (OCWD) is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms with experience in preparing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and analyses. Selected firms will assist OCWD with environmental evaluations of various projects supporting water quality protection and groundwater basin management. The agreement will be for a three-year term with an option to renew for two additional years.

Provide environmental cleaning services.

Environmental Consulting Services For Cleanup, Abatement, and Disposal of Hazardous materials from sites selected including but not limited to the Old Shelter Building, the Blue Elderly house, the old Conoco site, for disposal.

Procurement Shared Services (PSS), on behalf of the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) Department of Infrastructure (INF), is requesting proposals to enter into a non-exclusive Standing Offer Agreement for Environmental, Engineering and Socio-Economic Support Services on the Arctic Economic and Security Corridor (AESC). The resulting agreement is expected to run for 60 months (approximately 5 years), with a proposed start date of August 24, 2026. The procurement is being conducted through Competitive – Open Bidding as a Request for Standing Offer (not a grant program).

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) Bureau of Corrective Actions, is soliciting proposals for statewide environmental mitigation, assessment, and remediation services on an as-needed basis. Scope includes spill/leak stabilization and cleanup, waste characterization and removal, sample collection and analysis, remediation planning and implementation (including soil excavation/treatment, permits, and engineering controls), and response actions for chlorinated solvent impacts. The anticipated contract term begins 2027-01-01 (initial four-year term with option years) and proposals are due by 2026-08-11.

The U.S. Department of State is soliciting proposals for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Services to support its Facilities and Safety Programs Division (FSP). The contractor will develop, implement, and evaluate the DOS environmental, occupational health and safety, and fire and life safety programs; respond to emergency EHS situations such as hazardous materials spills; and support OSHA VPP and LEED quality assurance programs. The contract is set aside for 8(a) small businesses (NAICS 541620, PSC R408), with work performed in Washington, DC, and questions due July 16, 2026.

Provide CEQA/NEPA environmental compliance services.

Palm Beach County Airports issued RFP RFP-120-DOA 26-7-1 seeking Airport Environmental Consultant Services to provide environmental consulting for airport projects. The solicitation was posted on June 22, 2026 on Palm Beach County’s Vendor Self-Service portal with proposals due July 22, 2026. The estimated value range is approximately $250,000 to $2,500,000 and solicitation documents must be accessed through the county VSS portal.

Seeking for for soil and groundwater samples for both radiological and conventional chemical analysis.

Qualified environmental firm to perform environmental monitoring and compliance for the solar infrastructure and battery energy storage system project.

Rhode Island is soliciting proposals (RFP26006790) for occupational and environmental health clinic services including clinical evaluations, health hazard evaluations, educational programs, consultative services, audiometric testing, and related community resources. The services will be provided at various locations across Rhode Island to support the Department of Labor and Training’s occupational and environmental health needs. The solicitation was published July 10, 2026 and proposals are due August 6, 2026 (15:00 EDT).

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 546872 on behalf of the Public Lighting Department to procure environmental remediation services at City of Detroit substations for a one-year period. The scope includes asbestos abatement (transite panels and ACM cable wrap), debris removal, and transformer oil removal and disposal, with all-inclusive pricing required to cover labor, materials, equipment, and all related expenses. Contractors must comply with federal regulations including the Davis-Bacon Act, the Clean Air Act, and federal debarment rules, carry specified insurance, and submit a notarized City of Detroit affidavit package prior to award.

Provide environmental services on an as-needed basis for new, addition, renovation, or remodel projects.

Provide environmental risk assessment services.

The City of Torrance is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQual) to establish a list of qualified environmental consultants. These consultants will be responsible for preparing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents and conducting supporting technical analyses, including aesthetics, noise, air quality, biological and cultural resources, geotechnical, and hydrological analysis. Consultants must demonstrate professional experience, possess the required licenses/certifications, and coordinate with responsible agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and City planning documents. This RFQual is intended to create a list of firms for future task orders. Official solicitation documents must be requested via the buyer portal.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to provide monthly, seasonal and on-call environmental analytical services for Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), Florida (as coordinated and designated through the Environmental Flight (CEV) of the Mission Support Group, Base Civil Engineering Section). Analytical services and collection methods shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Services shall include but are not limited to laboratory analyses and/or collection of environmental samples, consultation, analysis reports, collection records, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control (QA/QC) reports. Sampling parameters for regular quarterly and seasonal samples will be as indicated in paragraph 2.4 and will be taken from sampling points provided by CEV personnel. See attached file.
