The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is soliciting proposals to select consultant(s) for Airport Environmental / Environmental Compliance services under a continuing contract to provide on‑call environmental compliance support across the County’s four airports. Services will support FAA, FDOT and other federal/state/local regulatory compliance (environmental planning, air/water/soil quality, ecological assessments, and related environmental permitting and monitoring) and will be scoped by individual Consultant Service Authorizations (CSAs). The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is soliciting proposals to establish a Pre-Qualified Vendor List (PQVL) of environmental consulting firms to support remediation and management of hazardous substances and petroleum across the State of Maine. Work includes Phase I/II ESAs, Brownfields, CERCLA and RCRA investigations, remedial work plans and implementation, monitoring, and operation & maintenance, with required HAZWOPER-trained personnel and Maine-licensed professionals. The PQVL period of performance is anticipated from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2030, with proposals for the current cycle due by February 1, 2027.

Provide environmental consulting services.

The Florida Department of Health (DOH) issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) DOH26-001 for Environmental Health Laboratory Services to analyze potable and non-potable water samples statewide. The awarded contractor must be a certified environmental laboratory capable of daily Monday-through-Friday pick-up of potable water samples (ground, recreational, and drinking water) and analysis for microbiological contaminants (total coliform and e-coli), lead, nitrate, and copper within 30 hours of collection. The contract is for three years beginning August 1, 2026, with bid responses due by July 20, 2026, and questions due by June 24, 2026.

The State of Connecticut DAS is seeking Environmental Analytical Services, including laboratory analysis, toxicity studies, and hazardous waste testing for various environmental samples (aqueous, waste, soils/sediments, tissue) using specified methods (Drinking Water, SW-846, CWA, PFAS).

The Government of Alberta (Parkland County) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Environmental Monitoring Program Services. The successful consultant will develop and implement an environmental monitoring program that supports regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship, including review of historical groundwater, surface water, leachate, and landfill gas monitoring data to establish site-specific trends. The vendor will coordinate all required environmental monitoring activities (groundwater, surface water, leachate, subsurface landfill gas), recommend monitoring frequencies and analytical parameters, interpret results to identify emerging trends or exceedances, manage environmental monitoring data and records, and prepare/submit draft and final annual environmental monitoring reports and regulatory submissions.

Environmental investigation and management services. Qualified and highly motivated environmental investigation and management firms to provide on-demand services for: a. Indoor air quality (iaq) testing /asbestos and non-asbestos related environmental protection agency (epa) method toxic organics (to-15), volatile organic compounds (vocs); b. Bulk sampling for asbestos containing materials (acm) surveys and testing; c. Asbestos hazard emergency response act (ahera) asbestos awareness training; d. Asbestos safety training for custodial and maintenance personnel; e. Lead in drinking water testing; f. Radon testing; g. Silica testing and monitoring; and h. Mercury testing.
