PQVL for Environmental Consulting Services
Provide environmental consulting services.
Description: The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is soliciting proposals to establish a Pre-Qualified Vendor List (PQVL) of environmental consulting firms to support remediation and management of hazardous substances and petroleum across the State of Maine. Work includes Phase I/II ESAs, Brownfields, CERCLA and RCRA investigations, remedial work plans and implementation, monitoring, and operation & maintenance, with required HAZWOPER-trained personnel and Maine-licensed professionals. The PQVL period of performance is anticipated from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2030, with proposals for the current cycle due by February 1, 2027.
