The ESTCP Office within the Department of Defense issued a Broad Agency Announcement seeking white papers for innovative energy and environmental technology demonstrations. This solicitation invites submissions from various organizations, including small and large businesses and universities, to address specific DoD environmental requirements. Awards resulting from this BAA will be issued as contracts rather than grants, with the submission process managed through the ESTCP portal.

Technical Support Services for initiating a new site-wide environmental assessment (SWEA) process for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance for ongoing operations and future projects.

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation is soliciting contractors to provide environmental monitoring equipment and related services. The procurement is an open Request for Quotation with an application/quote closing date of 2027-04-20 and an estimated contract value in the stated range on the posting.

Environmental monitoring equipment (EME).

The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Meadville (RDA) requests proposals from qualified firms to perform environmental remediation at 778 & 780 Water St., Meadville, PA. Interested parties must request the full RFP document by emailing the City’s Community Development Director and submit hard copy proposals to the Meadville City Building. The RDA intends to evaluate firms based on qualifications and negotiate a contract with the most qualified respondent for these remediation services.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District 2, issued a Request for Proposals to establish a contract for environmental response services addressing hazardous materials and emergency responses at district maintenance facilities. The work includes site assessments, monitoring, sampling, decontamination, excavation, transport and disposal of hazardous materials, maintaining permits, and 24/7 emergency availability. The anticipated period of performance is 24 months and proposers must be registered in Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace and comply with applicable regulations.

Work includes installation of a ventilation system and set up a hardwired electrical connection for a chemical fume hood.

Work includes utility locate (non hard surfaces), private utility locate prior to excavation, 600 LF chain link fence installation, 800 LF silt fence installation, 50 ea tree removal 3"-6" dia, 150 SY demolition of asphalt <4", 556 SY demolition of sidewalk, 500 LF demolition of curb and gutter. The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish a contract for environmental response services related to hazardous materials. This contract aims to provide prompt and effective responses to emergency situations involving hazardous substances as detailed in the scope of services. Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on June 10, 2026.

Aoliciting proposals from Qualified Environmental Professionals ("QEPs") to direct and oversee the cleanup of a brownfield site known as the Chain Forge in the Charlestown Navy Yard.

Supply from qualified environmental response service providers for service categories: (1) hazardous materials (2) asbestos removal, maintenance and clean up (3) remediation and restoration services for fire, smoke, mold and water damage.

Statewide environmental assistance grants.

Provide environmental soil and groundwater task order services. Anticipated services to be provided may include, regulatory compliance, environmental site evaluations, subsurface environmental investigations, water quality monitoring, design of soil and groundwater remediation systems, sampling and screening for storm sewer illicit discharge detection and elimination, stormwater structural control measure rehabilitation design, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, and facility environmental inspections/audits, See attached file.

The City of Long Beach Economic Development and Opportunity Department seeks qualified firms to provide as-needed real property environmental services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), environmental remediation, and environmental analysis to support city real estate transactions. The contract term is two years with up to three additional one-year renewal options (maximum five years), and services will be performed within the City of Long Beach. Proposers must meet bidder qualifications and an optional virtual information session is scheduled for May 6, 2026, with proposals due June 17, 2026.

Provide environmental abatement services.

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is soliciting bids to establish a purchase order for environmental lighting for the Holliday Unit Maintenance, requiring high-abuse vandal resistant LED surface mount fixtures and compliance with TDCJ security procedures. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid with award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and includes required documentation and standard terms and conditions. Bids are due on 2026-06-02 at 3:00 PM (local time).

Provide comprehensive environmental monitoring services at four (4) solid waste disposal facilities. The scope of work includes groundwater and surface water monitoring and air quality (landfill gas) monitoring programs conducted in accordance with applicable Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) directives and regulatory requirements.
