The State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection seeks proposals to select a Stewardship Organization to operate the Stewardship Program for Packaging under 38 M.R.S. § 2146 and 06-096 C.M.R. ch. 428, including management of a Packaging Stewardship Fund and program oversight. The work includes designing and maintaining an integrated digital solution (multi-user portal, public website, and field data collection app), municipal and producer outreach and reporting, fund disbursement, and program assessments with a contract term up to ten years beginning September 15, 2026. A mandatory virtual bidders’ conference is scheduled for June 29, 2026, and proposals must be submitted via the Maine Vendor Self Service (VSS) system by August 3, 2026.

The Oregon Department of Human Services (Office of Aging and People with Disabilities) seeks qualified contractors to perform environmental/home modifications tailored to individual consumers to promote independence and safety. The RFQ establishes a list of qualified contractors for a maximum term up to five years and requires registration with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The solicitation is an open-market procurement with work performed across various counties in Oregon as specified per contractor application.

To provide Environmental Site Assessments and Reports. An Environmental Professional shall conduct site-specific assessments and interviews to determine if project sites contain any apparent hazardous materials, contamination, toxic chemicals and gasses, or radioactive substances. They must also determine if the project site is within the general proximity of any dumps, landfills, industrial sites, or other locations that are known to currently contain, or have contained in the past, hazardous waste.

Georgetown County, South Carolina is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms to provide Civil, Environmental and General Engineering Services under an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (Project No. 26-051). The advertised contract scope anticipates engineering support needs for the County including civil, environmental, and general engineering work as task orders are issued under the IDIQ. The selected consultant(s) will provide environmental consulting services for various flood control and infrastructure projects funded by local and federal sources. The estimated total contract value is $24,000,000 and the contract has been extended through multiple addenda with a final deadline around July 23, 2026.
