The State of New Mexico and New Mexico State Fair invite qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals for stadium development and housing-anchored mixed-use development under RFP #26-003. The anchor developer will support Phase One of the State Fairgrounds redevelopment in Albuquerque, with potential components including housing, parks, an event center, and a stadium. The State’s General Services Department will oversee the project, and the state anticipated selecting the anchor developer in December 2026.
