The U.S. Department of State, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is soliciting an enterprise Automated Biometric Identification System for Guatemala. The revised requirement covers biometric verification and identification using fingerprints, facial images, and iris records, along with duplicate searches, watchlist screening, bulk data exchange, disaster recovery, interoperability, and data portability. An amendment signed August 10, 2026 replaced the earlier statement of work and extended the proposal deadline to August 24, 2026; this is a procurement for a firm-fixed-price contract, not a grant program.
