The Department of Defense Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, issued this Supplemental Broad Agency Announcement soliciting pre-proposals for research and development on environmental technologies related to weapons systems and platforms. Pre-proposals (maximum five pages) must be submitted through the SERDP Management System by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on February 5, 2026; evaluation will be based on SERDP relevance, technical merit, personnel qualifications, and cost considerations. Selected teams will be invited to submit full proposals and present to the SERDP Technical Review Board, with anticipated contract awards projected in the third quarter of 2027; no set-aside or specific award amounts are identified.
