Elevator and escalator maintenance and repair.

To provide monthly preventativemaintenance and repair service, and when conditions warrant, adjust, repair, or replace all parts and components, on elevators and escalators at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and elevators at Reno-Stead Airport (RTS).

UNLV is soliciting proposals for the modernization of escalators at the Thomas & Mack Center on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus. The project includes three new escalators along with updated concession stands and other modernization work as part of a $72.5 million venue upgrade. Bidders must be qualified per Nevada Revised Statute 338.1379, and a mandatory site walk is scheduled for July 23, 2026, with bid opening on August 13, 2026.

St Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services for the modernization of one (1) freight elevator at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5K4. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Broader Public Sector (BPS) agreement type and is not a grant program. An optional onsite visit is scheduled for July 9, 2026, and the deadline for submitting proposals is July 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT.

DESIGN-BUILD proposals for the modernization of forty (40) elevators within the mdot mta's system, including: design, construction, installation, commissioning, and certification of the new equipment.

Installation of a new elevator and modernization of an existing elevator at a Judical Branch.

Arlington County Government is soliciting bids for N1473 Headstart Elevator Modernization at the Arlington County HeadStart Building in Arlington, VA. The scope includes elevator modernization, associated equipment, modifications to existing electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and life safety systems, updated finishes, and any associated demolition work needed to support the elevator system. The solicitation was posted on Virginia's eProcurement portal (eVA VBO) on July 9, 2026 and bids are due by August 7, 2026.

The project includes the following work: Full modernization of nine (9) electric traction passenger elevators including one (1) 23-stop gearless overhead traction elevator and five (5) 20-stop hearless overhead traction elevators serving a high-rise tower, as well as three (3) 5-stop geared overhead traction elevators serving the other buildings in the UW Tower complex. The project also includes associated Electrical and Mechanical improvements to bring power, lighting, and machine room temperatrue control up to current code requirements.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is soliciting bids for Contract WW-782R2, the Wastewater Enterprise Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Modernization 2026-2030. The scope includes providing monthly preventive maintenance, as-needed repair services, and optional modernization work for elevators at various SFPUC Wastewater Enterprise facilities and Southeast Community Centers in San Francisco, California. A Class "C-11" California Contractors License is required, the estimated contract value is $5,950,000, and bids are due July 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

This project will upgrade and modernize the elevators at UCLA Westwood Center, which consist of three traction and two hydraulic elevators. The proposed scope of work for the three traction elevators includes the installation of new solid-state controllers, variable-voltage variable-frequency drives, traction hoist machines, car and hall fixtures, seismic components, governors, traveling cables, motor room and hoistway wiring, car and counterweight roller guides, car door operator, fire return system, hoistway door equipment, shaft limits, detector edges, and pit devices. For the two hydraulic elevators, the scope of work includes the installation of a new microprocessor controller, pump/power unit, closed-loop door operator, hall door tracks and hangers, in-ground jack unit with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) liner, rupture valve, car and hall fixtures, machine room and hoistway wiring, traveling cables, limit switches, roller guides, detector edges, pit devices, fire return system, and car communication.

The City of Miami Beach seeks qualified elevator contractors to join a prequalification pool for elevator replacement and modernization services, including removal, disposal, and installation to meet current building codes and ADA requirements. Inclusion in the pool is a prerequisite to receive invitations to quote and be considered for project work over the stated term.

New components include, but are not limited to: overhead gearless AC machines, VVVF drives, controllers, isolation transformers, governors, safeties, oil buffers, roller guides, car and hoistway doors, car door sills, door operators, cab interiors, car operating panels, emergency communication systems, car and hall fixtures, car interiors, and flooring. The modernization of one service traction elevator system, including replacement of existing components and equipment with new as specified. New components include, but are not limited to: basement geared AC machine, VVVF drive, controller, isolation transformer, governor, safeties, roller guides, car doors and sills, door operators, cab shell, cab interior, car operating panel, emergency communication systems, car and hall fixtures, car interior, and flooring. The Region of Waterloo is soliciting a Request for Tender (T2026-192) for the modernization of the elevator at 84 Wilson Avenue, a 6-storey apartment building located in Kitchener, Ontario. The scope of work includes providing all labour, materials, products, equipment, and services necessary for the elevator modernization as detailed in Section D Technical Specification and supporting appendices. A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EDT at 84 Wilson Ave, Kitchener, with online submissions only and a question deadline of July 14, 2026.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) issued Request for Quotation (RFQ) 15BBNF26Q20200003 for the Elevator Modernization of Dayton Manor (Staff Housing) for Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn, located at 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The awardee, a small business under the 100% small business set-aside, will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals required to fully modernize four (4) passenger elevators and two (2) freight elevators at the site, replacing obsolete equipment with new systems that meet NYC Building Code, ASME A17.1, and NYC Appendix K requirements. An organized site visit was scheduled for July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST, with written quotations due August 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT via the SAM.gov secure upload.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn) issued a combined synopsis/solicitation (Solicitation No. 15BBNF26Q20200003) for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to modernize four passenger and two freight elevators at Dayton Manor (staff housing) in Brooklyn, NY, improving safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and code compliance. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238290 with an estimated magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a period of performance of 336 calendar days.
