The committee will address upcoming vacancies for a Design & Visual Teacher, SPED Teacher, and Maintenance Worker. An executive session will be held to discuss potential litigation strategy.

The meeting will include a student representative report, a public hearing regarding school choice for the 2025-2026 school year, updates from the superintendent-director (including the FY26 budget, CTE admissions, competency determination, donations for electrical wiring and HVAC/R, Assabet Community Education, and LPN handbook revisions), a director of business operations report (including the cash balance report and revolving funds and budget report), a principal's report (including scheduled events, SkillsUSA competition awards, student council conference, out-of-state travel requests, and winter sports wrap-up), personnel matters (including upcoming vacancies, job description review and approval for a Career Advisor/Engagement Coordinator, and medical and dental insurance plan increases), communications, and an executive session to discuss potential litigation and collective bargaining.

The meeting will include a review and discussion of the Staff Handbook, and a review and discussion of policy revisions suggested in the July 2024 MASC Newsletter. An executive session will be held to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation.
