Bid 14785-2026, 'Swimming Pool Plumbing Repairs Project at Saddleback College,' is an active electronically-formatted solicitation issued by the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) for plumbing repair services at the swimming pool on the Saddleback College campus in Mission Viejo, California. The project is in the 'Bidding' stage and was posted on June 23, 2026 with approximately 28 days remaining in the bidding window as of June 25, 2026. The project consists of an interior renovation at approx. 130,000 SF of the main building complex which includes 3 historic buildings (baldwin and baldwin annex, caldwell, and fobes) and approximately 4,628 SF 3-story new construction vestibule to the entrance to fobes hall. The renovation will include upgrading mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, health/life safety improvements, interior finishes, ada upgrades, lighting, and the fire suppression and alarm systems.

Mechanical work includes: Installation of new gas monitoring system; Revisions to supply ductwork system from VAV-0.26; Revisions to exhaust ductwork system from EF-6.

This RFP is for interior demolition services at The Shops on 2nd at Calhoun Community College in Decatur, Alabama.

Harrison School District Two is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide public-facing communication and community reporting services for the D2 Promise Scholarship program, which offers first-dollar full-tuition scholarships and academic coaching at Pikes Peak State College to eligible graduates from District and charter high schools. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating and maintaining a publicly available website that clearly communicates the purpose, progress, outcomes, and community value of the program, with the goal of increasing, maximizing, and reporting D2 student enrollment at Pikes Peak State College. Procurement of kitchen equipment replacement for the Alumni College Center at Mohawk Valley Community College.

Work consists of the demolition of the existing FM-200 (HFC-227EA) Clean Agent Fire Suppression System and replacing it with a new clean agent fire extinguishing system. Included is all associated architectural, mechanical, and electrical system work required to complete the work.

Work includes kitchen equipment replacement.

Trident Technical College (TTC) is soliciting bids for cutaway transmissions to be used in its Diesel Program training. The contractor must provide an Allison 1000, Allison 3000, and Eaton Fuller Cutaway transmission trainer. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on August 4, 2026, with questions due by July 24, 2026.

Okanagan College has issued a Notice of Intent (NOI-27-0043) to inform the market that it intends to amend its existing Vernon Food Services Agreement with Dexterra Food Services Limited Partnership. The amendment will incorporate operations and food service delivery within the S Building at the Kelowna Campus, expanding the supplier's current service delivery model and financial reporting requirements. This Notice of Intent is being posted in accordance with Okanagan College's procurement policies and applicable trade agreement obligations.

The City of Greater Sudbury is requesting tenders for the rehabilitation of the College Street Underpass (also known as the CPR Subway), a 2-span concrete bridge constructed in 1949. The $8.7 million scaled-back project focuses on basic structural rehabilitation to extend the bridge's service life by an estimated 25-30 years while maintaining the existing road cross-section and vertical clearance. Bidders must register through the bids&tenders platform to access bid documents and submit proposals electronically by the closing date.
