The San Diego Community College District is soliciting bids to remove and replace lighting inverter batteries, lighting inverters, and the uninterruptible power supply at the City College campus per the project drawings. A mandatory onsite pre-bid walk is scheduled for May 22, 2026, with a second walk on May 29, 2026. Electronic bids are due June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT.

The City of Sacramento Department of Utilities is seeking proposals for professional drafting and engineering support for the City College Reservoir Transmission Main Project. The scope includes AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting for approximately 11,000 linear feet of transmission main and 5,000 linear feet of distribution main, along with constructability reviews and geotechnical investigations. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids vendor portal by the specified deadline in June 2026.

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals to provide materials and services that support College, Career, and Military Readiness and to qualify vendors as Approved Vendors for HISD. The solicitation (Project Number 26-10-10) includes a pre-proposal conference on June 3, 2026, and requires compliance with HISD insurance and MWBE program participation. The anticipated contract term runs from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with options for two annual renewals.

Various renovations that include replacement of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, drinking fountains, door hardware, lighting, exit signage, restroom plumbing fixtures, restroom tiles, restroom stalls, new paint as well as site improvements throughout the campus.

The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking proposals for the removal and replacement of a failing brick facade at the James College D Wing on the Stony Brook campus. The project requires the contract work to be completed within 120 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a construction project and does not constitute a grant program.

Work includes 50,000 SF 4 level addition with associated MEP and AV, pedestrian bridge and 30,000 SF renovation to existing space.

San Diego Community College District issued a solicitation to remove and dispose of three rooftop air handling units and install three new rooftop units at Building S100, Mesa College. The solicitation is for a lump-sum mechanical/installation contract requiring a C-20 license and mandatory attendance at one of two on-site pre-bid walks. Bids are due June 11, 2026, and the procurement is currently in the bidding stage.

Seeks a contractor to operate food services. Provide the college community with a full range of fresh, nutritious, affordable, and tasty food and beverages through the management and operation of dining rooms, cafeterias, catering services, and related activities

Roof replacement of a portion of the existing roof. Related work including selective demolition and patching to support the aforementioned.
