The project involves demolition, new interior partitions, acoustic ceilings, flooring, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. General Contract: Base Bid is to provide and install four (4) new electrical sub-metering units on Main Distribution Panels. One (1) is a 1,600AMP MDP and three (3) are 1,200AMP MDPs. Alternate Bid No. 1 is to provide and install one (1) additional sub-meter on the 1,200 AMP Main Distribution Panel at the CTC building.

Great Falls College (part of Montana State University) is soliciting an advertising agency to unify its media efforts and create a comprehensive media and digital advertising strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Admissions. The selected vendor will develop and execute advertising campaigns across platforms and support deployment and measurement. The estimated contract value is roughly $50,000–$250,000 and the solicitation is being issued as an RFP by Montana State University (Great Falls College campus).

The scope of work is to replace fan coils and unit ventilator units which have exceeded their life expectancy with new units that include energy recovery, EC motors and fresh air ventilation levels with controls for the mechanical systems that will integrate into the campus-wide BMS system. Heat exchangers, water pumps equipped with VFDs, and dual temperature water piping from the risers to the FCs are also part of the scope. To facilitate the new VAV duct systems and the new FCUs on the affected floors, new accessible ceilings in corridors and in some perimeter, rooms will be specified for replacement of existing ceilings. Where fan coils are being removed, the flooring will be replaced to avoid unsightly patch. Work includes but is not limited to Demolition, Roofing, Spray Fireproofing, Carpentry, Resilient flooring, and Painting.
