The U.S. Marshals Service issued a Special Notice seeking Aviation Security Officer (ASO) personnel under a personal services contract to support Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS) and USMS detention/transport operations. The notice is a Total Small Business set-aside, limits applicants to individual current or recently retired law enforcement/corrections/detention officers (security companies are excluded), and requires medical, drug, and background screenings. The recruitment is continuous with a base period starting October 2025 and option years through September 2030, with primary places of performance including Kansas City and Oklahoma City.

The University of North Dakota's John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences seeks a comprehensive, cloud-hosted flight school software solution to replace its internally developed Aviation Information Management Software (AIMS) and support operational, instructional, and administrative needs. The platform must be web-based with mobile apps (iOS and Android), comply with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, and include robust data management features (backup, recovery, and audit logging) while integrating with existing AIMS during a transition period. Implementation must be completed within one calendar year of contract signing, work will be performed at UND in Grand Forks, ND, and the solicitation lists a response deadline of 2026-08-05.

Work includes to prepare an airport layout plan (ALP) with narrative to include an 18B obstruction survey consistent with the latest version of the federal aviation administration (FAA) master plan advisory circular, including standard operating procedures.

Providing on-airport commercial aviation-related development. Airport projects including runway rehabilitation, aircraft apron reconstruction, drainage improvements, and airport facility upgrades.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Central Region is issuing RFP No. 25272001 to obtain professional services for Phase IV of the Alaska Aviation System Plan (AASP). The selected contractor will examine the existing aviation system, conduct a statewide economic impact update, analyze airport trends and data gaps, and determine the type, extent, location, timing, and cost of airport development needs across the State of Alaska. The estimated initial period of performance is approximately August 2026 to September 2028, with costs expected to exceed $1,000,000, and proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on August 4, 2026.

This RFP is for the demolition of an existing asphalt and concrete hangar apron and the installation of a new concrete apron.

Work which includes: demolition of approximately 350,000 SF of pavement and valley gutters and construction of new portland cement concrete (pcc) pavement, new striping to include pavement and touch-down and lift-off (tlof) helipad markings, new storm drain system, lighting improvements and a temporary gate.

Sale of Commercial General Aviation Hangars.

The Federal Aviation Administration’s William J. Hughes Technical Center issued Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Screening Information Request 692M15-25-R-00004 soliciting white papers and proposals for aviation research topics. The BAA was posted in December 2024 and remains open, with a response deadline of December 2, 2029 at 5:00 PM EST; the BAA will be valid through December 4, 2034. Primary performance is at Atlantic City International Airport (Atlantic City, NJ) and proposals should follow the white-paper and two-volume submission instructions described in the solicitation.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is soliciting offers under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-265B for the supply of 13 units of Cylinder Assembly, A (NSN 1650-01-303-2332, part number 70103-28044-101) along with associated First Article and Production Lot Testing (PLT) services. Eligible sources are restricted to approved manufacturers DELTA-RAY INDUSTRIES INC and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION. This is a DIBBS bid notification for a federal procurement, not a grant program.

The City of Minot is soliciting bids for HVAC demolition and replacement work at the Minot International Airport General Aviation Terminal. The project involves demolishing and removing the existing central station indoor air handling unit, roof-mounted DX condensing unit, pneumatic controls, existing VAV terminal units, associated control devices, and miscellaneous mechanical components. The contractor will furnish and install a new central station indoor air handling unit with DX cooling coil, a new roof-mounted air-cooled condensing unit including refrigerant piping and controls, new VAV terminal units with hot water reheat coils, modified ductwork, new refrigerant and condensate piping with insulation, two new roof-mounted restroom exhaust fans with ductwork modifications, and a complete direct digital control (DDC) system to replace the existing pneumatic controls. Rebalancing of the air distribution system and functional performance testing are also required.
