The City of Minot is soliciting bids for HVAC demolition and replacement work at the Minot International Airport General Aviation Terminal. The project involves demolishing and removing the existing central station indoor air handling unit, roof-mounted DX condensing unit, pneumatic controls, existing VAV terminal units, associated control devices, and miscellaneous mechanical components. The contractor will furnish and install a new central station indoor air handling unit with DX cooling coil, a new roof-mounted air-cooled condensing unit including refrigerant piping and controls, new VAV terminal units with hot water reheat coils, modified ductwork, new refrigerant and condensate piping with insulation, two new roof-mounted restroom exhaust fans with ductwork modifications, and a complete direct digital control (DDC) system to replace the existing pneumatic controls.
