The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is soliciting individuals for an Aviation Security Officer personal services contract to provide detention services and custody of USMS prisoners and secure federal/seized property in support of USMS districts and JPATS. The solicitation is an active, non-grant special notice posted on SAM.gov with a one-year base period and up to four option years for renewal. Bidding opened on 2026-01-07 and the notice remains open through 2030-07-01; attachments (public PDFs) are listed on the SAM.gov posting.

Aviation Security Officer - Personal Services Contract.

The City of Scottsdale Aviation Department seeks aviation real estate brokerage consulting services to analyze, market, lease, exchange, and support transactions for City-owned aviation properties. The contract term is an initial five years with a potential five-year extension and an estimated value range between $150,000 and $600,000. Proposals must be submitted via the City of Scottsdale Bonfire procurement portal by the June 10, 2026 deadline.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Southwestern Region is soliciting materials compatibility laboratory test and evaluation services to support the Piston Aviation Fuels Initiative (PAFI) and the Eliminate Aviation Gasoline Lead Emissions (EAGLE) programs. This full-and-open solicitation contemplates a hybrid contract consisting of Firm Fixed Price for non-severable testing and Labor Hours for severable labor components. Proposals are due by June 18, 2026, for testing services to be performed in Atlantic City, NJ, following PAFI specifications across multiple material categories.

The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation is seeking a qualified applicant to provide administrative and accounting support for its aviation capital program activities. Key responsibilities include grant management, invoice processing, contract administration, and financial reporting for projects primarily located at Philadelphia International Airport. The contract is expected to begin August 1, 2026, for an initial one-year term with options for four annual extensions.

Provide Aviation Climate Assessment Survey System (ACASS) Administration and Support Services through a SeaPort NxG FFP task order.

Airport minor hangar repair. Scope of work includes - 2 EA replacement cold form door framing; 1 LS replacement cross braces; 84 SF replacement corrugated steel; see attached file.

The U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command issued a Sources Sought notice to identify sources capable of providing Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) inspector and maintainer services at USCG Air Station Kodiak. The scope includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and repair of ALSE and Liquid Oxygen equipment over a potential five-year period. This market research notice requires responses by June 12, 2026, to assist the government in determining its procurement strategy.

Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one new Technisonic TDFM-9100 aviation radio and specified accessories. All equipment must be in new condition and sold by authorized resellers to enhance the county's emergency management communication capabilities. Delivery is required to the Chatham County Emergency Management Agency in Savannah, GA, with the contract expected to be fulfilled by June 19, 2026.

Aviation consulting services. Required services to be provided by the selected firm shall include all aspects of planning, design, architectural, and environmental services as follows: 1. The consultant will be responsible for assisting the Owner in applying for and obtaining State and Federal funding and preparing necessary documentation for the reporting of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals and accomplishments. The Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport Commission is seeking bids for the Aviation Tech Park - Phase II - Bid Package 1 project located in Weyers Cave, Virginia. The scope of work includes a 100-foot expansion of the commercial apron, construction of a new service road, and installation of a new airfield security fence. Additionally, the project involves modifications to the existing stormwater basin to support the facility's expansion.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC Redstone) issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) seeking innovative aviation training solutions across three Areas of Interest: Fixed-Wing, Rotary-Wing, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. The CSO aims to rapidly train and qualify aviators, transform aviation training using commercial practices and technology, and grow the aviation industrial base; expected program scale includes training 900–1,500 rotary wing pilots annually under a COCO model. Awards may include FAR contracts and non-FAR agreements (including transactions under 10 U.S.C. 4022/4023 and commercial procedures per 10 U.S.C. 3458/DFARS 212.70).

Soliciting responses for disposition of real property.

The Technology Application Program Office is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing manufacturing and engineering services for prototyping and limited production. This effort supports the MH-60M and Future Vertical Lift (FVL) platforms for U.S. Army Special Operations Command aircraft. The notice seeks to identify potential sources for Special Operations-peculiar Mission Equipment Packages.

Work includes 1,500 LF of silt sock; 2,258 SY of heavy duty erosion control blanket (install, maintain); 7 SY of rip rap; 266 SY of pavement removal - 6" PCC (on 12" aggregate base); 2,304 CY of unclassified excavation - on site placement; 10,562 SY of aggregate base course - 6" (taxilanes); 55 LF of directional bore 2" PVC conduit schedule 80.

The Federal Aviation Administration’s William J. Hughes Technical Center issued Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Screening Information Request 692M15-25-R-00004 soliciting white papers and proposals for aviation research topics. The BAA was posted in December 2024 and remains open, with a response deadline of December 2, 2029 at 5:00 PM EST; the BAA will be valid through December 4, 2034. Primary performance is at Atlantic City International Airport (Atlantic City, NJ) and proposals should follow the white-paper and two-volume submission instructions described in the solicitation.

Aviation Engineering Services & Limited Prototyping for the MH-60M and FVL Platforms

The Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division is soliciting bids for airport improvements at Giddings-Lee County Airport, including taxiway extensions and drainage work. The project has an estimated base bid of $1,709,000 with an additional additive alternate for a taxiway turnaround. Bidders are required to provide a 2% bid bond and meet specific Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation requirements.

Provide aircraft maintenance/aviation life support equipment (alse) services.

Provide interim financing in connection with the capital construction program for its aviation enterprise.
