Virginia Tech (Air Transportation Services) issued an RFPGS seeking proposals from qualified aviation service providers to establish a structured aviation membership program to increase access to private aviation services for the university community. The selected contractor will design the membership structure, pricing, benefits, and provide implementation details; performance is at Virginia Tech facilities and associated airports as needed. The solicitation is an RFPGS (not a grant) with an estimated value range and standard bidder requirements including SWaM certification and acknowledgment of addenda.

Provide on as-needed basis aviation fuel and aircraft fueling services at the selected Washington airports. This Competitive Solicitation includes the following fuel categories: Avgas 100LL, Jet A with Prist additive, and Jet A without Prist additive.

This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) solicits Research and Solution Briefs in response to Areas of Interest (AOIs) to advance National Airspace System (NAS) capabilities and may lead to research and prototype awards under OTAs. AOIs will be posted separately on SAM.gov and responses proceed through a phased process including briefs, pitches, and full proposals. The BAA is open and intended to be active for five years from issuance to allow for recurring AOI postings.

Dane County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the lease and development of aviation facilities at shovel-ready sites at the Dane County Regional Airport. Multiple proposers may be selected to develop designated areas, with the county intending to finalize agreements by September 1, 2026, and target project completion by April 1, 2028. The solicitation follows FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and requires proposals to be submitted by June 25, 2026.

The City of Albuquerque issued an RFP to retain on-call sustainability consulting services for its Aviation Department, including grant application preparation and NEPA documentation. The anticipated contract term is three years with two one-year renewals to support the Albuquerque International Sunport and Double Eagle II Airport. Proposals are due by June 9, 2026, following the solicitation's opening on April 23, 2026.

The Army Contracting Command (ACC) / Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) soliciting research and development for Aviation and Missile technologies across areas including Future Vertical Lift, Air and Missile Defense, hypersonics, and counter-UAS. The BAA supports development, maturation, demonstration, and transition of critical technologies and allows responses to specific BAA calls and amendments. Responses are submitted through SAM.gov and the BAA has been amended multiple times with attachments; Attachment 5 will be added when applicable.

The State of New Mexico is soliciting proposals to furnish and deliver Jet-A, AvGas, Unleaded, and Diesel fuel to the Spaceport America fuel farm on a requirements basis. The selected supplier will enter into a Fuel Supply Agreement to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply and establish a profitable arrangement for aviation fuel resale. The contract will be awarded following a competitive evaluation of qualified fuel suppliers for a period beginning upon selection.

The mission of the TDD comprises critical technology discovery and development programs, to include the development, maturation, demonstration and transition of critical technologies and products through technology programs and customer support for Future Vertical Lift (FVL), Air and Missile Defense, and Long-Range Precision Fires. Specifically, the mission of FVL programs is to modernize, maintain and sustain Army Aviation as the dominant land force aviation component in the world. The missions of the Missile Defense and Long-Range Precision Fires programs are to modernize, maintain and sustain Army Missile Technologies as a dominant component of the land force's precision strike, close combat, and air defense capabilities. This mission comprises critical technology discovery and development programs, to include Long-Range Precision Fires (LRPF) and hypersonic missiles, advanced launchers for Fires and Air Defense, close combat systems, and air defense systems including missiles, radars and fire control/mission planning, and also counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) capabilities, that enable the Army to counter and defeat increasingly sophisticated threats in multi-domain operations. TDD accomplishes its mission by: Providing DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center with resources and capabilities to support; Army future Research and Development (R&D) Portfolio requirements. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is soliciting bids for airport improvements at Albany Municipal Airport, including rehabilitation of Runway 17/35, a parallel taxiway, and runway connectors. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid with an Engineers' Estimate of Probable Cost around $5,150,000. Bids are due June 11, 2026 and a pre-bid meeting was held on May 11, 2026.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division issued a Notice to Bidders (NTB2508HASKL00031) for construction work at Haskell Municipal Airport, including runway, taxiway, and apron rehabilitation. The posting lists a Response Due Date of 2026-06-11 with a 2:00 PM local deadline and requires standard bid bond and performance/payment bond provisions. The solicitation is posted on the Texas SmartBuy ESBD site and includes an official advertisement attachment.

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Infrastructure Support Branch (DOJ - USMS) has issued a Special Notice for an Aviation Security Officer - Personal Services Contract. This open recruitment is for individuals who meet the qualifications of the statement of work (SOW) and runs for the duration of the contract period of performance. The solicitation was posted on January 7, 2026, and has a response deadline of July 1, 2030.

The U.S. Marshals Service issued a Special Notice seeking Aviation Security Officer (ASO) personnel under a personal services contract to support Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS) and USMS detention/transport operations. The notice is a Total Small Business set-aside, limits applicants to individual current or recently retired law enforcement/corrections/detention officers (security companies are excluded), and requires medical, drug, and background screenings. The recruitment is continuous with a base period starting October 2025 and option years through September 2030, with primary places of performance including Kansas City and Oklahoma City.

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is soliciting individuals for an Aviation Security Officer personal services contract to provide detention services and custody of USMS prisoners and secure federal/seized property in support of USMS districts and JPATS.
