Design, fabricate, deliver, and construct a new siding and sealing system for the existing ARSR building; including, but not limited to, patching or replacing damaged exterior metal wall siding sheets, openings, cracks, or holes; replacing external doors, door trim, door hinges, and weather stripping; applying waterproof sealant or caulking over all exterior seams and joints; and replacing windows with energy efficient windows and installing appropriate security sensors and bars.
