DESIGN-BUILD. From qualified design-build entities (“DBEs” or Firm(s)”) to perform design-build services as authorized by Education Code section 17250.60, et seq., for the design-build services required for the construction Employee Housing Project (“Project”). All prospective design-build entities that seek to contract with the District to perform the Project must respond to this RFQ/P. The selected Firm shall perform design and engineering services, (preparation of plans and technical specifications), preconstruction and construction services, installation, programming, field testing, training, and commissioning services (“Services”) at the former Roosevelt Elementary School Site District site(s) (“Site”) for the District’s employee workforce housing project. The employee workforce housing development will be comprised of two-story or three-story buildings with a total of 110 rental units to be made available to District staff. The Project will include a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, totaling approx. 125,000 SF of gross residential building area, and approx. 170,000 SF of total gross building area including standalone garages and an amenity building. The District has completed the schematic design (entitlement plan set) for the project.

Capital Area Workforce Development (CAWD) is soliciting proposals to provide Adult and Dislocated Worker workforce services in Orange County, NC under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The RFP requests integrated service delivery including outreach, assessment, case management, training, work-based learning, and employer engagement. Proposals are due in June 2026, and the procurement is conducted through the NCWorks system to ensure performance and fiscal accountability.

The Illinois Department of Employment Security (DES) intends to award a sole-source contract to RAH Analytics LLC for Data Analytics services to support workforce data integration and enhancement of the workforce data warehouse. The scope of work includes system configuration, automated production of claimant cohort files, and advanced data linking to produce longitudinal workforce indicators. This open-market procurement has a response deadline of June 4, 2026, for interested parties to submit comments or request a public hearing.

Procurement of digital tablets and adult education software for the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

Qualified and experienced organizations or individuals to serve as the one-stop operator for the WorkSource Portland Metro workforce development system. The goal of the One-Stop Operator is to facilitate an objective and team-based approach within each WorkSource Center and across the local workforce system that leads to seamless services for customers and participants.

This RFP seeks a qualified organization to provide Adult and Dislocated Worker workforce services in Orange County, NC, as part of the Capital Area Workforce Development region. Services include customer and training support, work-based learning, and information systems management through NCWorks Online. The contract is expected to run from October 2026 through June 2027 with options for annual renewals.

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, on behalf of the West Central Works Workforce Development Board, is soliciting proposals for a One-Stop Operator to coordinate service delivery across state-certified job centers. The contract is initially for one year with three optional one-year renewals and involves managing partner responsibilities and facilitating MOUs within the American Job Center system. Proposers must follow the specific instructions and access the necessary attachments provided on the official VendorNet posting.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is soliciting vendors to provide Orientation and Mobility (O&M) services to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customers across Workforce Solutions offices in Texas. Services include assessments, individualized training plans, direct instruction in mobility techniques and collaboration with other providers; the contract term is one year from award with renewal options. The posting provides attachments (terms, application checklist, assessment and training forms) and directs offer submissions via the TWC Bonfire portal.

Seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive software system that supports fixed route scheduling, daily operations management, and workforce timekeeping, and provide implementation, integration and ongoing maintenance.

The San Bernardino County Workforce Development Department (WDD) is soliciting proposals to provide professional communications and media coordination services in support of the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board (WDB) and WDD, including media outreach, newsletter production, social/web content, press releases, event media coordination, and quarterly/annual reporting. The contract is expected to begin July 1, 2026 and run up to five years through June 30, 2031. The opportunity is an open-market RFP with a non-mandatory proposal conference (6/4/2026) and a response deadline of June 22, 2026.

Provide transitional or permanent employment and training services to a transitional workforce residing in county, which includes, but is not limited to, those under-employed or hard-to-employ persons that may be homeless, formerly incarcerated, or those who have faced significant barriers to employment.
