The City will allocate between $9,250,000 and $12,500,000 across two to three development projects, funding no more than 20% of any project's Total Development Cost, with a minimum of 30% of all units required to be affordable to households at or below 80% AMI. Projects may involve new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, or preservation of mixed-income multi-family rental housing within Albuquerque, and offerors must demonstrate capacity to leverage additional financing from sources such as LIHTC, other HUD programs, or bank loans.
