The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of VA Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 Facilities to identify interested parties for a five-year, firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for PAR Excellence Equipment, Installation, and Services. The requirement covers the purchase and installation of PAR Excellence Point of Use (POU) weight-based inventory management systems, including scale products, hardware accessories, software licenses, and onsite implementation services at VISN 9 facilities. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring full operational capability of the system, training VA staff, and interfacing with the General Inventory Package (GIP) system to enable automated inventory management.

Services will be utilized on an as-needed basis, with preference for providers able to render services within Ellis County; admission to the pool does not guarantee an award or minimum volume of work. The Department of Veterans Affairs (Network Contracting Office 21) published a Sources Sought notice (Notice ID 36C26126Q0927) seeking Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services (CRS) for licensed treatment facilities in Sacramento, Placer, or Yolo County to support VANCHCS (substance use disorder and/or mental health). The market-research notice requests emergency housing and supportive services (including case management and treatment), with facilities expected to meet the draft Performance Work Statement requirements and provide up to about 12 beds for stays up to 90 days; the intended period of performance is five years beginning around September 30, 2026. Responses are for acquisition decision-making only (this is a sources-sought, not a solicitation for proposals), and the original response deadline is July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.

Provide community-based outpatient care for Veterans. The number of Veterans requiring outpatient care will fluctuate and cannot be adequately determined at this time (estimated that there is a population of under 1,800 Veterans in the area).

Providing community nursing home (CNH) services to three (3) Veterans at the facility and a replacement contract is being established to provided continued care for the Veterans at the CNH.

The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids under solicitation 6100066207 for the supply and delivery of fresh bread products to the Southeastern Veterans Center (SEVC) located at One Veterans Drive, Spring City, PA 19475. The 5-year Invitation for Bid (IFB) requires the successful bidder to provide bread products that meet food safety and quality standards to support the dietary needs of veterans residing at the SEVC facility in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The solicitation was originally posted on June 23, 2026 with an initial due date of July 7, 2026, but the deadline was extended via an amendment to July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the DMVA Southeastern Veterans Center.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VAPIHCS) seeks a contractor to provide curriculum development, policy analysis, and community engagement to address cultural, structural, and institutional barriers affecting veterans in the Pacific Islands. The contractor will coordinate with community partners and act as an authorized representative of the Center for Pacific Islander Veterans Health (CPIVH) to deliver culturally competent healthcare education across the Pacific Basin. The requirement includes specified staffing levels, multiple attachments with solicitation details, and an estimated budget range of $500,000–$1,500,000.

The contract scope is to collect data on nearly 50,000 veteran participants and provide analysis of demographics and trends over a 20-year follow-up period.
