Installation of a pervious stone paver parking lot at the splash pad amphitheater, in compliance with swfwmd pervious surface permitting and local lid stormwater criteria. The lot will provide ada-compliant parking, two ev spaces, and integrate rain gardens, bioswales, and native vegetation to manage stormwater and enhance habitat. Native hardwoods (live oaks, cabbage palms) will be planted strategically to provide shade over vehicle areas as canopies develop over time. Accent and cosmetic plantings, pedestrian footpath lighting, parking lot lighting, and full paver striping with car stoppers are included. Ada sidewalk tie-ins will coordinate with amphitheater sidewalk plans. The split-lane entrance will feature a centered park sign plumbed for electric service.

Requirement of voap services for the va ct healthcare system. The types of services to be performed are Veteran contact and scheduling, interviewing and data capture from interviews. The Contractor shall use contact information provided by VHA to contact Veterans by telephone and invite them to participate in the VOA project. The Contractor will complete telephone interviews with those Veterans who agree to participate. The Contractor will re-contact those same Veterans who participated in baseline interviews within 160-190 days after the baseline to complete a follow-up interview. The Contractor will conduct enough interviews to provide data from 16,000 pairs of interviews. For the PAWS sample, contractor will conduct interviews with the sample of Veterans who are referred to a PAWS group (estimated to be approximately 150-200 Veterans) over the course of the performance year. The Contractor shall provide all data from those interviews in a digital format to the VHA monthly.
