Tattnall County, Georgia is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors to construct a new 1,300 square-foot amphitheater at the Tattnall Veterans Memorial Park located on Hwy 280 in Reidsville, GA 30453. The project includes site work associated with the new amphitheater construction in Tattnall County's Veterans Memorial Park. The solicitation is a single construction RFP requiring bid bond, performance and payment bond per Form C Proposal Form requirements, with proposals due by July 28, 2026.

Construction of two flagpole plaza spaces; The flagpole plaza spaces will be roughly 3,500 sf of concrete sidewalk and have stone pillars and 70 lf of masonry wall.

The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to the Burgess-Oocumma Veterans Memorial Cemetery, located on the Qualla Boundary in Swain County, North Carolina. The cemetery is named in honor of Sgt. John Burgess and PFC John Edward Oocumma, both members of the EBCI who were killed in action, and was dedicated on March 30, 2022. Bids must be submitted to the EBCI office by 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Work consists of expansion of four (4) columbarium sections with two thousand and six hundred (2600) total niches. A new floral water station will be installed between the new pairs of columbariums, along with a new floral and trash receptacle. This project will include signage such as grave site qr locator, and floral policies. Additionally the cemetery maps will need to be updated to show the new expansion area.

The project includes construction of new tennis, pickleball, and sand volleyball facilities at Park, including post tension courts, shade sail structures, site furnishings, lighting and electrical work, and associated site and accessibility upgrades.

Project includes the modernization of five (5) hydraulic passenger elevators.

Provide rehabilitating the existing elevated water storage tank, replacing the existing well pumps, and a new water treatment building including various process, electrical, mechanical, hvac, plumbing, and other related items. The project also includes limited site work, including sediment control, stormwater management pond, and pavement.

The Westborough Housing Authority is soliciting bids for a Bathroom Modernization project at the Veterans Development 200-1 complex in Westborough, Massachusetts. The work consists of renovation work within multiple residential buildings, including improvements to existing bathroom spaces, associated building systems, finishes, fixtures, and infrastructure upgrades, with filed sub-bids required for Plumbing and Electrical Work trades. The estimated construction cost is $1,134,700 and the project is subject to Massachusetts M.G.L. c.149 prevailing wage and DCAMM certification requirements.

Provide design and preparation of a complete set of construction contract documents and incidental engineering services, as necessary, for improvements to the transportation facility described herein. Cemetery project.

The Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS) is seeking a vendor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Medical Records Software Solution (electronic medical records platform) for all DVS Care Centers. The project requires replacing or augmenting existing record-keeping processes with secure, interoperable electronic health records that integrate with state and federal health information exchanges while remaining HIPAA compliant, including data migration from legacy records and ongoing training and maintenance. Proposals are due by August 26, 2026, with the solicitation (RFP-119708) posted on the state's official eVA procurement portal.

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) is administering this solicitation on behalf of the New York State Department of Veterans' Services (DVS) to expand outdoor recreational opportunities for veterans on New York State's public lands. The solicitation, posted on the NYS Contract Reporter under CR# 2136904, was issued on July 8, 2026 with responses due by August 19, 2026, and the resulting contract is anticipated to commence October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 with an option for a single two-year renewal. Proposals are being accepted to deliver programs that improve veterans' access to nature and outdoor experiences on public lands, aligning with the state's Outdoor Rx initiative originally enacted by the Outdoor Rx Act signed into law on November 11, 2020.

Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified professionals to design a modern interactive exhibit for the Veterans Resource Center at the Veterans Memorial Park Education & Cultural Center (3602 US Highway 301, Tampa, FL). The estimated dollar value of this procurement is $800,000. The displays will include LED screens with animated content and sound, interactive computer elements, and physical artifacts showcasing Hillsborough County's cultural and historical connection to military conflicts.

The State of Maine is soliciting proposals for custodial services at the Maine Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Augusta, located at 163 Mt. Vernon Road. The work involves daily cleaning tasks, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and periodic deep cleaning scheduled around Memorial Day. This procurement is reserved for certified Work Centers, in accordance with Maine's Division of Procurement Services custodial contract program. Bidders must submit proposals through the BidNet Direct portal by the stated closing date and time.
