The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing two arch culverts and reconstruction of the adjacent roadway. The work includes repairs to the existing concrete invert, inlet reconstruction, scour protection with stream restoration and related site work. Work includes veterans memorial improvements.

Work include construction of a fully enclosed vestibule at the north entrance of the committal shelter matching. The vestibule shall replicate the appearance, proportions, roof style, storefront configuration, stone veneer finish, lighting layout, and overall architectural character.

Grading complete and soil erosion for the construction of veterans memorial cemetery at park. Work includes approx. 100 LF 18" storm drain pipe HDPE, 8.7 AC grassing complete.

The State of Delaware is seeking professional services to develop a comprehensive transition plan to establish an independent Department of Veterans Affairs by July 1, 2030. The project involves separating the Office of Veterans Services from the Department of State through fiscal forecasting, organizational design, and strategic planning. The selected vendor will provide expert consultation and stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful transition to the new state agency.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) issued Solicitation 36C10G24R0016 for State Veterans Home (SVH) Nursing Homes to procure independent survey services assessing SVH compliance with Title 38 CFR Part 51 using CMS-aligned survey methodology. The contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month options and requires qualified survey teams (RNs, social workers, dietitians, administrators) to perform annual, for-cause, and recognition surveys and submit detailed reports.
