Best Value RFB 2026-011 (Behavioral Health Assessments and Outpatient Therapy Services for Ellis County Veterans Treatment Court)

Description: Ellis County issued Best Value RFB 2026-011 to establish a pre-qualified provider pool of licensed therapists to deliver behavioral health assessments and outpatient therapy services supporting the Ellis County Behavioral Health Department and the Veterans Treatment Court. Services will be utilized on an as-needed basis, with preference for providers able to render services within Ellis County; admission to the pool does not guarantee an award or minimum volume of work. Proposers are encouraged to submit electronically via the county’s procurement portal and the county posting lists solicitation attachments (scope of work, standard terms, W-9, CIQ) and deadlines.
