Provide Community-based Outpatient Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Treatment Services

Florida Department of Corrections

The services to be provided include mental health assessments, sex offender assessments, formal psychological evaluations, inclusive of testing, individual and group treatment services, referrals to other treatment services, and any other services as outlined. This Contract shall begin on the date it is signed by both parties and shall end five (5) years from the date of execution.
