Work includes demolition of the existing outdoor pavilion facility & construction of a new, single story steel column & wood framed covered pavilion with outdoor kitchenette, single unisex restroom, utility room, new sidewalks, and miscellaneous site work. The new pavilion will consist of steel columns, wood roof trusses, and wood wall framing with asphalt shingle roof, brick veneer and concrete foundations. Minor sitework, drainage, paving, utility connections, and exterior pavilion lighting.

Project shall include the removal of approx 30 LF of 36" corrugated metal pipe (CMP); installation of approx 33 LF of double barrel 48” reinforced concrete pipe (RCP); two straight headwalls/retaining walls, approximately 35 LF of 6” ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main replacement and installation of 721 square feet (SF) of roadway pavement, and grading and erosion control associated with the installation of these items.
