The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Veterans Services, is soliciting proposals to establish a contract with a qualified podiatrist to provide medical podiatry services to residents at the Sitter and Barfoot Veterans Care Center (SBVCC). Services include patient consultations, follow-up care, development of care plans, routine in‑facility treatments using portable equipment, and coordination with the Agency Medical Director. The one-year contract with four optional successive renewals will be performed at the SBVCC facility in Richmond, VA.

In general, the work consists of the removal and replacement of patient lifts within member/resident rooms and spa/bathing rooms within moses hall, which is an existing four-story concrete, steel and masonry building. Work includes selective demolition of ceilings, walls, and door frames, removal of existing patient lifts and ceiling tracks, installation of new patient lifts and track system, installation of privacy curtains, and patching and re-finishing of ceilings, walls, and door frames affected by the work. Mechanical work will be limited to relocation of diffusers as needed to accommodate new lift tracks. Electrical work will include relocation of light fixtures as needed and power connection to new lift system. The project also includes installing a new patient lift in the physical therapy room.

The State of California is soliciting sealed bids to renovate the steam distribution system at the Yountville Veterans Home in Napa County, which includes replacing piping and installing new boilers and pumps. The project also encompasses demolition, hazardous materials removal, and the construction of a new parking lot with associated landscaping. Bidders must possess a California A or B contractor license and attend a mandatory pre-bid site inspection to be eligible for the contract.

Provide mortuary services.

Provide Philips intellispace cardiovascular software upgrade. Upgraded software and installation on servers and workstations.

The work under this contract includes renovation of toilet rooms and conversion of an existing loading dock into office space including concrete installation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, framing, and installation of furniture and fixtures.

Provide Regulated Medical Waste and Reusable Sharps Container Management & Disposal Services.

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the repair and maintenance of the resident elopement prevention system at the Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center. Issued by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, the procurement is a reissued requirement for specialized equipment maintenance. Provide comprehensive evaluation, case management, treatment, and drug testing services to justice-involved individuals with substance use disorders

Interior renovations for men’s and women’s locker rooms within the existing ice rink building including but not limited to abatement, demolition, excavation, concrete, metal stud framing, drywall, concrete-filled metal stairs and metal railings, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, louvers, suspended ceilings, finishes, painting, lockers, plumbing, hvac, and electrical.

The work will consist of the following: base widening, curb and gutter construction, traffic barrier upgrades, full depth pavement to add slip ramp connections, stormwater management facilities and drainage structures, milling and resurfacing, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, signing and pavement marking, lighting, and landscaping.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 20: Northwest Network) issued a solicitation for a 12-month subscription (with four option years) to Micromedex or an equivalent clinical decision support/Clinical Rx database for VA VISN20 facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The contract requires comprehensive medication monographs, drug interaction tools, IV compatibility, toxicology resources, patient education materials, monthly usage statistics, and training/support; licenses must provide 24/7 desktop web access across VISN20 sites. The estimated period of performance begins with a base year 10/01/2026–09/30/2027 and includes four one-year options.

Replacement of existing, outdated fire alarm system.

The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for infrastructure upgrades to support Electronic Health Record Modernization at the Togus VAMC in Augusta, Maine.
