Procurement of legal services for estate recovery, including transferring ownership and selling real property, for the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

Furnish and install one (1) 1,250 kw standby generator. Furnish and install all required automatic transfer switches (ats). Modify the existing electrical distribution system as required. Install all associated conduit, wiring, feeders, controls, and related electrical equipment.

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking bids for the construction of the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia, under solicitation VSB-151-26-01. The project includes construction of an administration building, maintenance building, open committal shelter, and burial sections containing 1500 pre-placed crypts, 600 conventional burials, 900 in-ground cremains, and 960 columbarium niches. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 2KM Architects, Inc., 529 Greene Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901, with bids due via the e-Builder system and the bid opening scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Earthwork, paving, landscaping, precast preplaced burial crypts, precast concrete columbarium niches, and masonry to construct new columbarium walls. There are three alternate bid items that may be used to add preplaced burial crypts to the project.

Provide installation of irrigation pipes and six gate valves.

The Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) is soliciting proposals for the rental of a conference facility to host the 2027 Veterans Employment Services (VES) Training Symposium. The selected contractor will provide lodging, meeting space, audio/visual services and related conference support for approximately 165 attendees over five consecutive days, and must meet ADA and applicable law requirements. The contract covers services for the symposium (place of performance within Texas, preferred major metro areas listed) with the period of performance covering services related to the event scheduled between April 1 and June 30, 2027.

The City of Fairhope, Alabama is soliciting bids for the Roundabout at North Section Street/Scenic 98 (Veterans Drive)/Main Street project, identified as Bid No. 25-007-2022-PWI-006 and Project No. STPSU-0220(256). The work involves grade, drain, base, pave, and lighting for a new roundabout at the intersection of Section Street, Scenic 98 (Veterans Drive), Triangle Drive, and Main Street in Fairhope, Baldwin County, Alabama. The project is being administered by the City of Fairhope in cooperation with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT).

Approx. 1,900 LF of concrete curb, 1,300 SY of sidewalk, 11,500 SY of HMA milling, 1,400 tons of hot mix asphalt surface course, 950 SY of asphalt/concrete driveway replacement, and installation of a new traffic signal

Provide internet town hall services. An online Veteran town hall engagement platform with integrated telephone technology that allows the organization to continuously receive input from Veterans and provide feedback on an expedited basis using software as a service delivery model. The State of Washington (Department of Enterprise Services, on behalf of the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs) is soliciting qualifications for the replacement of the Spokane Veterans Home skilled nursing facility. The selected firm will provide full architectural and engineering design and construction-administration services (programming, schematic design, construction documents, permitting support, BIM coordination, LEED-Silver goals, and construction administration) for a large replacement project. Submittals are being solicited through the buyer’s opportunity page and the solicitation has a stated close date of July 30, 2026.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), issued a presolicitation (Solicitation W9126G26RA040) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services under a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the new VA Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. The selected firm will provide planning, full design (including BIM modeling and GIS compliance), and construction-phase services for an approximately 1.4 million gross-square-foot medical center complex comprising a 1,325,000-square-foot hospital, an administration building, a 2,500-stall parking structure, and a central utility plant on a 59-acre site. The single-award contract has a 10-year ordering period (five-year base plus five-year option) with a maximum total ordering ceiling of $90,000,000.

Provision of Physician and Medical Director Services for a State Veterans Nursing Home in Kosciusko, Mississippi.

The State of California Department of General Services (DGS), Real Estate Services Division (RESD), Project Management and Development Branch (PMDB) issued an RFQ to procure professional construction management services for the California Veterans Headquarters Electrical Upgrade located at 1227 O Street, Sacramento. The project has an estimated construction cost of approximately $7,800,000 and an estimated contract period of performance of 440 days; scope includes replacement of switchgear, transformers, busway and related interior electrical upgrades plus temporary power sequencing and updated as-built Revit/AutoCAD deliverables. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (including SF330), provide DGS small business/DVBE documentation where applicable, and comply with California public works and prevailing wage requirements.

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (Network Contract Office 12) is issuing RFQ 36C25226Q0501 for a Well Pressure Tank Replacement project at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a firm-fixed-price, FAR Part 12 solicitation under NAICS 811310 requiring removal and disposal of the existing well pressure tank, installation of a new tank with associated gaskets and components, pump testing, and collection of potable water samples. Offerors must submit an itemized quote with supporting technical documentation via email to michele.coleman@va.gov by 5:00 PM Central on July 23, 2026.

The City of Mishawaka, Indiana is soliciting sealed bids for the full reconstruction of Cleveland Road with added travel lanes from east of the Juday Creek Estates entrance to Capital Avenue (SR 331), including a new signalized intersection at Veterans Parkway extended and the future Gurley Leep Auto Mall entrance. Scope includes full-depth HMA pavement with subgrade treatment, sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, gravity sanitary sewer (up to 15 inches) with 8- and 10-inch force mains, storm sewer (up to 24 inches) with a stormwater basin, a new traffic signal, city fiber and water main extensions, and incidental construction. Contract documents may be obtained from Lawson-Fisher Associates P.C. in South Bend, IN for a non-refundable $150 per set; a mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time, sealed bids are due July 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time in the Office of the City Controller at Mishawaka City Hall, and substantial completion is required by July 30, 2027.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease approximately 36,814 ABOA square feet of outpatient clinic space in Lowell, Massachusetts and intends to negotiate a 20-year succeeding (sole‑source) lease with the incumbent lessor. The notice requests basic property and compliance information (address, zoning, floodplain status, building configuration, utilities, parking, accessibility and life-safety posture) to confirm fit with VA operational and clinical requirements. This is a pre-solicitation/notice of intent (market research) rather than a formal competitive grant opportunity and the VA has provided contact details for submission of information demonstrating a property meets the requirements.

Provide Kwalu furniture replacement.

The Texas General Land Office and Texas Veterans Land Board are soliciting bids to provide Kwalu furnishings, delivery, white-glove installation, disposal of existing furniture, and project oversight for the Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home in Floresville, Texas. The solicitation covers supply, installation, tagging of common-area items, removal and disposal of existing resident furniture, and provision of warranty and maintenance documentation. Award will be made to the best value for the state with evaluation factors including price, quality, and past performance; questions are due 6/30/2026 and proposals close on 7/24/2026.

Provide Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services.

The City of Sioux Falls is requesting competitive bids (ITB) for Tallgrass Avenue grading and utility improvements between 85th Street and South Veterans Parkway (Project 26-1096), an estimated $4,285,149.80 project funded by CIP No. 11107. The solicitation is posted on the City’s Bonfire e‑procurement portal with questions due July 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT and submissions due July 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.
