Telecommunications Infrastructure Management RFPs

NASA Goddard Space Flight Center issued a Final RFP for the Mars Telecommunications Network (MTN) to design, develop, integrate, launch, and operate a Mars telecommunications orbiter supporting Mars Sample Return and future Mars missions. The acquisition is a full-and-open competition with a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price core requirement and an IDIQ Time-and-Materials component; proposals are due June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT and must be submitted via NASA’s EFSS Box. DBEH033000 Consolidated Launch Support Facility Phase 1. Construct a 3-story, 7,054 SM building with administration and support space for roughly 330 Space Launch Delta 45 staff and contractor partners on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The building structure and exterior components will be designed for Hurricane Risk Category III. Provide lightning and fire protection systems. Potable water, sewer, and power will be provided within the facility. The building will be comprised of individual offices, open offices, conference spaces and support spaces. See attached file.

Project generally includes removal and replacement of existing water meters of various sizes, installation of advanced metering infrastructure (ami) communication components, replacement of meter box lids and related appurtenances, integration with the city's meter data management systems, testing and commissioning of ami equipment, customer service coordination, restoration of disturbed surfaces, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and operational ami-enabled water metering system.

New Braunfels Utilities is soliciting bids for construction to replace and install approximately 2,600 linear feet of water main and 2,900 linear feet of sewer main along Bridge Street, Butcher Street, Sunset Drive, and Hampshire Street. Prince William County is seeking on-call incidental concrete repair services for infrastructure including sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and gutters. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, traffic control, equipment, and materials necessary to complete repairs on an as-needed basis. Services are intended for both Prince William County and Loudoun County within the Northern Virginia District.

The scope of services for redesign and deployment of the Commission’s website and intranet consists of the design and delivery of a responsive, modernized site that more effectively engages and communicates to the Commission’s passenger and commercial customers as well as users looking to do business with the Commission.

The County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency is seeking bids for infrastructure expansion at the L. Michael Treadwell Oswego County Industrial Park. The project includes the construction of a new electrical substation and the installation of new power, gas, and telecommunications infrastructure to support a 185-acre expansion. This initiative is funded by a combination of state FAST NY grants, federal EDA Public Works funding, and IDA funds totaling over $13 million.

Work includes 1 LS valve box manhole; 1 LS leachate pump station manhole; 1 LS leachate pump and controls;' 190 LF electrical conduit trench; 30 LF 8" x 12" dual-contained HDPE pipe trench; 44 LF 3" x 6" dual-contained HDPE pipe trench; 20 LF 3" x 6" dual-contained HDPE pipe (above grade); 3,520 SF HDPE-lined containment area.

Contractor is to remove existing cold-water meters and existing meter interface units (MIU), and install new cold-water meters and MIUS, and provide integration with the AMI system. Cold water meters and MIU modules, and AMI system will be supplied by the owner.

Provide engineering services during construction to ensure completion in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes and standards, and all federal, state, and local requirements.

The project partners are soliciting civil engineering services to design, permit, and provide construction administration for infrastructure including water, wastewater, roads, and electrical systems to support a new 20-unit residential neighborhood. This procurement is part of the East Village Expansion/New Neighborhood project in Plainfield and is funded through federal recovery and housing grant programs.
