Telecommunications Infrastructure Management RFPs

The City of Topeka is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a Program Management Consultant to serve as Owner’s Representative for the Pathways for Progress federally-funded infrastructure project. The consultant will provide program management, NEPA compliance, and oversight of multiple design-build contracts for approximately 50 miles of new and repaired sidewalks and shared-use paths. This project is supported by a $25 million USDOT RAISE grant and is expected to continue through construction completion in 2033.

The government authority in Apple Valley, CA is soliciting proposals to advance its infrastructure asset management program and to evaluate, select, and implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). NYCEDC, on behalf of the City of New York, seeks consultants for infrastructure delivery and yard management services for an electric transport refrigeration unit (eTRU) shore power hub at Hunts Point Site D. The scope includes design, engineering, and construction for infrastructure, as well as parking management and shore power tracking for site operations. Proposals must prioritize rapid deployment and operational reliability while minimizing disruption to market operations.

The State of South Carolina Materials Management Office issued a request for proposals seeking a qualified consulting firm to support broadband planning, design reviews, and implementation strategies in Columbia, SC. The scope includes conducting needs assessments, feasibility studies, and preparing technical specifications and procurement documents with evaluation criteria. Additionally, the selected firm will provide project management services, including risk analysis, schedule coordination, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements are for a comprehensive, vendor-hosted, IP-based voice solution. The vendor shall provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and engineering required to deliver a fully managed voice service.

The Project includes the following Work: The project includes removal of existing alley pavement, installation of new underdrain systems Approx 60 LF of 12" Storm Sewer, curb and gutter, and a catch basin, with connections to existing and new drainage facilities. Work also includes outlet construction, storm manhole adjustment, and full restoration of all streets, alleys, and properties disturbed by construction.

Project consists of construction of a drinking water storage tank and pump station located at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, as well as new water mains.

The City of Southfield is seeking contractor qualifications for various capital infrastructure projects including utility replacement, pavement improvements, grading/drainage improvements, and associated restoration. The solicitation is a prequalification (Request for Qualification) to document contractor performance qualifications across categories such as water main replacement, gravity sewer replacement, concrete and asphalt paving, and roadway reconstruction.

The Town of Batesburg-Leesville seeks a turn-key, performance-based service to implement Automated Metering Infrastructure and related utility infrastructure improvements. The project involves installing a new metering system and providing related services to improve the town's utility operations and realize utility savings.

The U.S. Department of State intends to procure a fixed-price contract for the rectification of communication infrastructure at the U.S. Embassy in Kolonia, Pohnpei, FSM. This presolicitation notice indicates that the full solicitation will be launched on SAM.gov once it is ready for issuance. The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) issued this RFP to procure architectural and engineering services to perform K–12 public school facility condition assessments under the federal Supporting America’s School Infrastructure (SASI) grant. Contractors will perform on-site evaluations, analyze major building systems, identify deficiencies, and produce cost estimates and standardized reports for 128 facilities. The solicitation is open with a due date of July 17, 2026, and requires completion of Phase 1 assessments by November 15, 2027.

This is a fixed-price contract opportunity requiring vendors to be registered in SAM and to submit electronic proposals via email with file-size limits; the solicitation page indicates the solicitation was not yet issued on the SAM posting date.
