Telecommunications Infrastructure Management RFPs

New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) is soliciting sealed proposals for Obstacle Course Infrastructure Improvements at its Roswell, NM campus, covering concrete mounting pads and footings, site demolition and asphalt removal, fencing modifications and new gate installation, concrete mow strips and curbs, and repairs to existing stone walls. The solicitation (RFP - 2026 - 08) was posted 2026-05-12 and proposals are due electronically via the NMMI Bonfire portal by 2026-06-11 at 14:00 MDT (2026-06-11T20:00:00Z); questions were due 2026-05-27. This is an open, single RFP (not a grant), and the primary RFP document is available on the buyer's portal (download requires login).

Work includes, but is not limited to, electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency)), bonding, ups, building management system interfaces, asses for new and upgrades to existing hvac, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable), renovation datacenter work (hvac, ups, power distribution, cable management, expansion of space, fire suppression, finishes), communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to cat 6a cable) in buildings as necessary, physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within buildings and between buildings, provide diversified path for wide area network connection, hazardous material abatement. Project buildings include: buildings 47, 62, 14, 15, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 73, 70, 11, 12 and site.

The U.S. Wildland Fire Service at the National Interagency Fire Center intends to award a purchase order for telecommunications services including circuits, bandwidth, and connectivity to support mission-critical fire operations. This is a Notice of Sole Source Intent under FAR 6.302-1, though the agency invites other responsible sources to submit capability statements if they can provide the required services. The government anticipates making an award on or before April 15, 2026, with the notice remaining active until May 30, 2026.

The University of Connecticut seeks proposals for wireless telecommunications consulting services to manage and advise on existing wireless agreements, negotiate favorable terms, evaluate installations, and develop strategies to enhance revenue and mitigate unfavorable contract terms. The contract will commence upon award and cover services across UConn campuses in Connecticut, with proposers required to demonstrate relevant experience and comply with state ethics laws. The solicitation is an RFP with an estimated value range of $75,000 - $350,000.

Work includes 10 LF televised inspection of sewers and sewer structures; 2 cy additional trench excavation (within trench neat lines) 8 to 12' from ground level; 5 LF streetcar track and tie removal with jumper cable; 5 LF streetcar track and tie removal -without jumper cable; 10 CY rock excavation; 50 LF water main installed in open cut - 8"; 50 LF water main installed in open cut - 12"; 50 LF water main installed in open cut - 16"; 50 LF water main installed in open cut - 24"; 50 LF water main (restrained joint) installed in open cut - 12"; 50 LF water main (restrained joint) installed in open cut - 16:". The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) issued this RFP to procure architectural and engineering services to perform K–12 public school facility condition assessments under the federal Supporting America’s School Infrastructure (SASI) grant. Contractors will perform on-site evaluations, analyze major building systems, identify deficiencies, and produce cost estimates and standardized reports for 128 facilities. The solicitation is open with a due date of July 17, 2026, and requires completion of Phase 1 assessments by November 15, 2027.

Rattlesnake Trail Infrastructure Improvements project, which includes the installation of approximately 1,200 LF of new 5' wide brick sidewalk, plus approximately 200 LF of 5' X 2' concrete box culvert and approximately 600 LF of 24-inch RCP storm drain pipe with related appurtenances.

Acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of public facilities projects.

Student virtual desktop infrastructure.

Provide professional services across five (5) discrete IT security and infrastructure improvement projects. The vendor shall provide: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current patch and software update procedures, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and risks. Repair issues with SCCM and Patch My PC deployments to all devices and servers to cover all existing needed patches. Design and document a standardized, repeatable patch management lifecycle, including scheduling, testing, deployment, verification, and rollback procedures. The anticipated contract period is June 18, 2026 through November 30, 2026. See attached file.

Work include removal and replacement of 2,000 LF existing 12 water main and appurtenances including gate valves, valve boxes, hydrants, services and temporary bypass piping; and for all trench pavements. The work also includes milling and overlay, sidewalk and curbing replacement, pedestrian safety improvements, and ada-compliant ramp replacement. Bid alternate a consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to cipp line 1,200 lf20" cicl water main. Bid alternate b consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of 1,200 LF 20" cicl water main.

Work shall consist of extension of existing campus infrastructure including private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension.

The U.S. Department of State (Embassy of the United States in Kolonia, Pohnpei, FSM) posted a presolicitation for the installation of WiFi infrastructure in the Chancery compound. This is a fixed-price contract opportunity requiring vendors to be registered in SAM and to submit electronic proposals via email with file-size limits; the solicitation page indicates the solicitation was not yet issued on the SAM posting date. The notice shows a published date of 2026-01-14 and an inactive/close date of 2026-08-14, and no primary solicitation attachment is present on SAM.

Responses are due by June 12, 2026, and inquiries should be directed to the Director of Purchasing.

Nassau Health Care Corporation (NuHealth) is seeking vendors to provide General Devices e-Bridge Connect telecommunications products, solutions, and services. The project is located at 2201 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow, New York. This procurement opportunity is intended to enhance the telecommunications infrastructure for the health care corporation.
