In general, the work consists of: Approx. 6,000 SF Roof Replacement - Remove and dispose of existing ballast (or arrange in wind rows for reuse if suitable), EPDM membrane, wet insulation, coping, deteriorated nailers, and all flashings. Temporarily displace and reset rooftop equipment as needed. Selective substrate prep: remove wet insulation (presume 10% for base bid; provide unit cost for additional removal/replacement). Inspect and repair/replace metal deck at wet areas as required. Install polyiso insulation over existing layers to achieve average R-30: Provide saddles/crickets to direct drainage to through-wall scuppers. Install loose-laid 60-mil non-reinforced black EPDM membrane with slip sheet (if required) and ballast, secured per manufacturer, code/industry standards. Provide minimum 8" flashing height at all vertical surfaces. Manufacturer's 20-year NDL / 72 mph warranty and 5- year contractor warranty from completion. Install new wood nailers at edges and curbs as required. Provide new ANSI/SPRI ES-1 and RP-4 compliant perimeter metal edge and coping. Install new through-wall scuppers and downspouts using existing discharge configuration. Remove abandoned rooftop components. Extend curbs, pipes, vents, and equipment as required. In Roof Area A, demo existing fixed wall ladder and install new code/OSHA49 compliant ladder with platform, fall arrest, and lockable gate.

Work consists of the complete tear-off and removal of approximately 30,000 square feet of the existing 4-ply built-up roofing system and rigid insulation down to the exposed structural deck, installation of a new roofing system including roof walkways, new guardrails at roof edges, and new roof access ladders, new metal coping, cap flashing, edge metal, and all associated waterproofing components, including roof membrane, flashing, sealants at roof penetrations, roof terminations, and required roof accessories. The contractor shall coordinate with all MEP trades for the disconnection, protection, and reinstatement of rooftop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. The scope also includes removing and reinstalling approximately 964 linear feet of existing bird control spikes located at the roof perimeter. The contractor is responsible for lifting and relocating HVAC equipment to complete the roof replacement.

The Columbia County School District is requesting sealed bids from general contractors to replace the roof at Lakeside High School. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid on a lump-sum basis and requires submission of a Statement of Bidders Qualifications, a properly executed AIA A-305 with current audited/reviewed financials, and required bonds. This is an RFQ issued by the U.S. Embassy Bangkok / U.S. Department of State for replacement of the corrugated fiber cement roof at Warehouse #5 (WHSE#5) on the Rajdamri compound in Bangkok, Thailand. Design/Build – ROOF REPLACEMENT AT PARAGON is a design-build solicitation to replace the roof at the Paragon facility issued through the Rocky Mountain E‑Purchasing (BidNet) system for Colorado. The posting shows an open date of 2026-06-23 and a closing date of 2026-07-22 (closing listed as 02:00 PM MDT on the BidNet detail). Work includes replacing all existing flat and shingle roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Replace roofing fascia where necessary during gutter installation, and trim barge rafters with metal capping as required.

Work consist of selective removal and replacement of hvac and sprinkler equipment and systems, and removal and replacement of roofing.

The work consists of a new membrane (TPO) roofing system and skylight replacement on the existing flat roof of the two-story office building.

The State of North Carolina Construction Office is soliciting sealed proposals for the Division 10 Office Roof Replacement project on behalf of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The work involves the full demolition of the existing roof down to steel decking and the installation of a new roofing system consisting of a 2-ply polyiso insulation assembly at the Division 10 Office located in Albemarle, Stanly County, North Carolina. Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM on August 13, 2026, with the solicitation posted on July 7, 2026.

Removal of +/- 3,200 SF existing low slope roof systems to the roof deck and replace with fully adhered 90-mil roofing system, slate shingle repair and installation of new lightning protection system.

Lapeer County Intermediate School District is soliciting bids to replace two rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) at its Education & Technology Center. The scope includes crane and rigging to remove and set new RTUs, demolition and removal of existing RTUs, furnishing and installing two new RTUs (20 and 15 ton), installing curb adapters, re-piping gas as applicable, hail guards, reconnecting power, and manufacturer startup tests; the work must be completed by January 30, 2027.
