Project consists of replacing four (4) 4'x4', skylights and properly repair entire roof system to receive new roof restoration coating for the plant admin and shop roofs as specified in the summary of work, approx. 5,500 SF. This is an occupied building, and the contractor is responsible for all safety requirements. The goal of the project is to provide complete watertight and warrantied roofing assembly per the manufacturer's instructions. Seeking a qualified roofing contractor to facilitate the restoration of the existing TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing system in operation. The overall goal of this project is to install a fluid applied restoration system that ensures the building is secure and free from water intrusion.

Removal of existing Spray applied polyurethane roof coating and underlying gravel surfaced BUR system down to existing structural deck. Provide fully adhered EPDM roof system, prefinished sheet metal perimeter flashings / wall panels, and associated work. Security Building; remove and dispose of existing fully adhered EPDM in select area and EPDM roofing with tapered sump along with scupper and downspout to repair area of ponding water.
