Project consists of but is not limited to selective roof and siding replacement at (15) buildings and (5) alternates.

This solicitation seeks NYS-certified MBE/WBE/SDVOB subcontractors, specifically focusing on Black American and Hispanic-owned HVAC firms, for the Queens County Criminal Courthouse facade restoration and HVAC upgrade project. Issued by Zaman Construction Corp. for the NYC DDC, the project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement and includes a 25% MWBE contracting goal. Proposals are due by June 12, 2026, and interested parties must review specifications on the official state contract reporter portal.

The scope of the work includes: Masonry Restoration: Cleaning of existing masonry. Rebuilding of face brick, repairs to back-up masonry, repairs to existing brownstone units. Window Restoration and Painting of wood window frames, sills, brick mouldings, mullions.

The U.S. Department of State (U.S. Embassy Mexico) is soliciting a contractor to repair and maintain exterior façades of 22 government-owned residences in Ciudad de México. The project includes surface preparation, vinylic paint application, and metal grille work with an estimated contract value between $100,000 and $250,000. Electronic proposals are due by July 16, 2026, following a planned site visit and pre-proposal conference in late May.

The Walpole Housing Authority is seeking sealed bids from General Contractors for the Siding Section Repairs project at the Ellis Street Family Development. The scope of work includes demolition, roofing, siding, and trim replacement for units located at 31-53 Ellis Street in Walpole, MA. The project is estimated to cost between $75,000 and $225,000 and requires electronic bid submission via Projectdog.

Roof replacement and facade improvements with abatement of hazardous materials. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the complete removal and replacement of the building 70 Roof.

Work consists of removing the existing roofing surface, existing sealant materials, unrestorable wood, and scrape peeling paint. Contractor shall prime entire roof and coat entire roofing system. Contractor shall replace all removed wood, which includes all windshield wood. Contractor shall paint all wood and metal surfaces adjacent to the roof with color matched high-quality paint. HVAC units will be removed and replaced during project.

Removing roofing, damaged plywood, gutters and downspout. New roof sheathing, underlayment, roof shingles, flashing, downspouts and gutters.

Provide roof restoration coating services on an as needed basis. 2. The contractor must install the furnished inland coatings fluid applied elastomeric roof coating systems on various existing roof substrates.

Replace the existing roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

It is the intent of the owner to enter into a single contract for the roof replacement work.

Fluid applied roof restoration that will involve cutting roof and replacing any wet insulation and replacing it with in kind insulation, patching the roof before the fluid applied product is started.
