The National Park Service intends to issue a firm-fixed-price construction contract for siding, painting, roof, and window replacement at Indiana Dunes National Park. The project is estimated to be valued between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and is set aside 100% for small businesses. The official solicitation and attachments are expected to be released in late February 2026.

The Dakota County Community Development Agency is soliciting sealed bids for exterior renovations at the Hillside Gables Family Townhomes, including roofing, siding, window, and storm door replacement. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the project site in Mendota Heights. The work includes Title I (Type A & B) and Title II services, site investigation, roof replacement, skylight, masonry and metal panel repairs, window/trim and miscellaneous interior repairs, and adjustments to the fire sprinkler and alarm systems; electronic PDF and AutoCAD drawings are noted as available. The acquisition is a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract, a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 236220 with an estimated value range of $1,000,000–$5,000,000.

Bidders must hold a California C-39 Roofing license, be registered with the DIR for public works, and comply with the district's Project Labor Agreement. The project involves removing existing roof systems and installing a new single-ply membrane system with associated structural upgrades and flashings for an estimated cost of $950,000. Participation is restricted to contractors previously prequalified under the DFCM Stage I process, with bids due by mid-March 2026.
