This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFP 70LGLY26RGLB00005) issued by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) for Enterprise Health Unit Services at four Training Delivery Points: Glynco, GA; Artesia, NM; Charleston, SC; and Cheltenham, MD. It is a competitive Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside seeking a single fixed-price, requirements-type contract with task orders for each site; proposals are due June 4, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET. The contract includes a one-month phase-in (June 1–30, 2026) followed by full performance July 1, 2026–May 31, 2027; funds are not presently available and the government may cancel if funds remain unavailable.

The City of Gilmer is soliciting proposals for fully-insured, self-funded, or level-funded medical and prescription drug plans effective October 1, 2026. Sealed proposals must be received by Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT at City Hall, with documents available on the City’s notices page. The solicitation focuses on innovative plan designs to maximize high-performing primary care and wellness for city employees.

The Virginia Department of Transportation issued an RFP seeking proposals to procure an Occupational Health Tracking System to support VDOT’s occupational health needs. The solicitation was posted on May 12, 2026, and proposals are due by July 1, 2026. The procurement has an estimated value between $250,000 and $1,800,000 and is managed through the Virginia Business Opportunities vendor portal.

Occupational Health and Medical Services.

Provide health insurance broker services.

To provide behavioral health services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness residing at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center (SEAHDC).

Inland Empire Health Plan issued an RFP for an Electronic Health Record System (RFP-26-07045) seeking proposals to provide an EHR solution. The solicitation lists an estimated value range between $250,000 and $2,500,000 and includes a vendor questions due date of June 3, 2026. Proposals are due on June 19, 2026, and all official documents and response instructions are hosted on the buyer's official portal.

The contractor shall complete the required MSP services for each patient within a maximum of two visits. For Health Screenings for incoming students, the Contractor shall provide RN or higher professional degree to conduct each scheduled Health Screening as scheduled. The contractor shall upload the medical records from the subcontracted health care clinics. If the Contractor refers the FLETC staff, FLETC detailees, and FLETC students to a subcontractor outside health or mental clinic, then the Contractor shall upload the medical records from the subcontractor within 5 business days or provide documentation (date, time and subcontractor contact person) of the attempts to obtain this information. If the receipt of the documentation is delayed, the Contractor shall update the Cheltenham COR and OMO on a regular basis until the information is received. See attached file.
