This RFP seeks up to 40 community-based organizations or individuals to serve as Credible Public Health Messengers in New York State. Awardees will implement culturally responsive public health communication campaigns, including training, planning, and collaboration with a marketing partner, for a six-month deliverable-based contract of $15,390 per awardee.

Provision of public health consulting services on an as-need basis.

This RFP is for an employment opportunity for a Public Health Nurse II to coordinate the Breast Cancer Cervical Control Program and the Maternal Health Program for Warren County Health Department.

The Department of Public Health Writing and Editing.

The purpose of this Request for Response (RFR) is to establish a pre-qualified list of approved vendors, namely local and regional public health entities, to be eligible for potential future funding from the Department of Public Health (DPH). This approach will provide a simplified process for eligible entities to access DPH funding and consolidate multiple sources of funding from DPH. Similarly, through this RFR, DPH is looking to establish a vehicle to support the Commonwealth’s eligible entities and create a more efficient process for how certain funding is distributed. Future activities will provide funding to these entities to strengthen capacity across local, regional, and tribal public health officials and their respective agencies. Because each eligible entity has its own unique needs and areas for growth, capacity will be broadly defined to include, but not be limited to: training, staffing, specialty programming, shared service arrangements, coordination enhancement across eligible entities infrastructure improvement, equipment procurement and/or upgrades, IT modernization, assessment and evaluation, and other related services.

Provide nursing services.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is soliciting a master agreement to procure Therapeutic Services, a Regional Lead for Therapeutic Services, and Deployable Medical Teams to ensure therapeutic capacity statewide. The contract will support clinical therapeutics administration and rapid deployable medical response when requested by DPH, with applications accepted through the life of the contract.

Seeks healthcare providers licensed within the Commonwealth to provide health and medical services at times when the Department determines that the existing capacity of the healthcare system is insufficient to meet patient needs. Eligible organizations include hospitals, clinics, community health centers, pharmacies, provider organizations, and other multi-specialty healthcare organizations licensed to provide healthcare services in Massachusetts. The Department reserves the right to add eligible organizations to the list beyond those listed throughout the duration of the procurement period

Qualified physician specialists, radiologists, and/or other entities providing licensed medical services, located in county and adjacent areas, licensed by the state of Maryland, Virginia, and/or the district of Columbia, and board certified in a particular medical specialty, to provide consultation, diagnostic, and treatment services to county public health clients.

Seeking up to six (6) qualified contractors who will each lead a community emergency network (cen) that will enhance the agency s ability to mitigate the public health impacts of emergencies in nyc. The cens will be networks that use models inspired by voluntary organizations active in disaster (voad), such as community organizations active in disaster (coad) and long-term recovery groups (ltrg).

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is soliciting proposals (RFR 232527) from qualified vendors to provide professional writing and editing services for the Department. The scope covers development, review, and refinement of departmental materials including reports, public communications, and educational resources intended for diverse public health audiences. The contract will support ongoing public health communications, with bids accepted through the COMMBUYS procurement portal until the bid opening date of June 30, 2027.

The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds is seeking vendors to provide Access and State Maintenance Health Plans for participants in state and local public employer insurance programs. This procurement, identified as ETF0002, aims to establish health plan administration services effective for a January 1, 2028, contract start date. Proposals are being accepted through August 6, 2026, under the oversight of the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board.

Seeking letters of interest from interested private sector real estate development firms who may be interested in a private/public partnership development opportunity with Washington County to construct a mixed-use building to include a Health and Human Services (HHS) facility within the County.

The scope of services for this RFP includes ongoing maintenance, enhancement, modernization, and support of the Oregon Public Health Epidemiology User System (Orpheus). The Massachusetts Department of Public Health seeks qualified vendors to provide laboratory equipment and instrumentation via purchase, lease, reagent rental, or all-inclusive lease programs (including reagents, consumables, training, and service agreements) to be added to a Master Agreement list for as-needed use. The Master Agreement covers a broad scope of equipment and services and may result in procurements of varying value over the contract period.
