The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Health Security issued a Pre-Solicitation RFI seeking market information for a commercial, configurable Occupational/Employee Health Electronic Health Record/Management Information System to serve roughly 200,000+ DHS civilian personnel. The system must be deployed in the DHS cloud with a minimum FedRAMP Moderate authorization and support standards-based interoperability including HL7 FHIR R4 and USCDI. This notice is for market research purposes only to inform acquisition strategy, and responses are due by June 3, 2026.

The City of Cleveland Department of Public Safety is soliciting proposals from qualified Mental/Behavioral Health Professional consultants to embed up to four licensed clinicians within the City’s 911 Communication Center. These professionals will assist call takers and dispatchers in managing emergency calls involving individuals experiencing mental or behavioral health crises. The project is funded by a federal grant with a budget not to exceed $500,000 and includes responsibilities such as real-time consultation, community resource coordination, and data reporting.
