The Defense Health Agency (DHA) issued Special Notice HT003826X0000 to plan a competitive follow-on award for the MHS GENESIS Electronic Health Record (EHR) under the Healthcare Delivery Solutions (HCDS) program, seeking industry engagement and input. The notice includes industry day materials and Q&A documents and describes objectives to modernize the EHR, improve interoperability with VA and federal partners, and leverage commercial technologies. This is a planning/special notice (RFI/industry engagement) leading toward solicitation activities; it is not a grant program.

Provide Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP): Rural Health Access and Social Supports.

The Ohio Department of Health is soliciting proposals to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive statewide asthma education program, including evidence‑based digital and print resources, training for healthcare providers, school staff, community partners, and families, and virtual learning modules. The work includes outreach, continuing education credits, and establishing a system‑of‑care framework to promote best practices and track outcomes across Ohio. The solicitation is open from 2026-07-15 through 2026-08-06 and the official posting is available on the OhioBuys procurement site.

The Wyoming Department of Health, in coordination with the Wyoming State Procurement Office, has issued a contract RFP for a contractor to administer the 'Make Wyoming Health Again' Community Programming grants under the federally funded Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected contractor will manage all aspects of the grant administration process for community-based rural healthcare initiatives in Wyoming. Proposals are due by August 3, 2026 under reference number RFP #0001-N, with the contract serving as a procurement service rather than a direct grant award.

Provide purchase of a molecular PCR analyzer for detection of pathogen's related to women's health and sexual health. See attached file.

Provide on-site mental health services. The agency anticipates executing a contract that will have an initial 1-year contract term with the ability to extend the contract for 5 additional 1-year terms. The agency will have the sole discretion to extend the contract.

Corn, soybean, wheat, grain sorghum, or cotton farmers in Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin can enroll in Farmers for Soil Health.

The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking proposals from community-based organizations to deliver Community Health Worker (CHW) navigation, care coordination, and support services for high-need residents in Bernalillo County through the Pathways to a Healthy Bernalillo County Program to improve health equity and access to care. The scope of work includes participant enrollment, barrier reduction, resource coordination, and outcome tracking. This is a contract opportunity (NAICS 621910 — Ambulatory Health Care Services) and is NOT a grant program; proposals are due by August 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT, with the RFP identifier RFP-2641-26 on UNM's Jaggaer/SciQuest platform.

Provide mental health services. The County seeking proposals from licensed mental health service providers to establish a collaborative partnership to provide mental health services on GCSD campuses. The purpose of this partnership is to expand access to safe, qualified, and effective mental health care for students. The selected vendor will support schools with vacant mental health positions and provide additional clinicians in schools requiring increased service capacity.

Health Educatior.

The City of Columbus Division of Facilities Management is soliciting quotes (RFQ033227) for roof repairs at the Westside Health facility. The scope includes repairing visible damage to the coated roof system, repairing flashing and coating edge issues, clearing debris, and providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment, with a one-year workmanship guarantee and required permits/compliance with City specifications. The solicitation opened on July 10, 2026 and closes July 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.

Provide group health insurance.

The Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services to provide occupational health services. Contractor shall provide occupational health care services for the Water Authority including pre-employment medical examinations, DMV driver's license examinations, drug and alcohol testing, fitness-for-duty examinations, audiograms, and various miscellaneous medical services.

The State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Solution to provide a comprehensive statewide Electronic Health Records software platform including implementation and training services. The RFP seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a modern EHR system that supports clinical, administrative, and reporting functions for Wisconsin state facilities. Proposals were due back to the State of Wisconsin via the VendorNet/eSupplier portal.

The City of Kansas City, Missouri Health Department is soliciting proposals (RFP EV4713) for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution to meet the department's clinical and technical requirements. The solicitation includes multiple required attachments (Scope of Work, Functional & Technical Requirements, Pricing Worksheet, proposer reference forms, and a sample City contract) and requires proposers to submit specified documents via the city's procurement portal. Questions are due July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT and proposals are due September 3, 2026 at 11:00 PM CDT, so the opportunity is open as of 2026-07-17.

Rock County (Wisconsin) is soliciting proposals for an Electronic Health Record Solution to provide a comprehensive, integrated system for managing patient electronic health records. The scope includes implementation, ongoing maintenance, staff training and support, integration with existing county systems, robust security and scalability, and compliance with applicable confidentiality and data-security laws. Proposals are due on 2026-08-07 and the county lists a purchasing contact and directs proposers to the county's DemandStar posting for bid documents and submission instructions.
