The Arlington Independent School District has issued Request for Proposal FA 01-27 to solicit qualified private lesson instructors to provide fine arts instruction to students in the district. This RFP is limited to private lesson instructors, who must be qualified to teach in their fine arts discipline and will be responsible for providing their own equipment and materials. The contract is expected to run for approximately one year, from the issue date of July 1, 2026 through the close date of June 30, 2027, with the Purchasing Director, Lisa Phillips, available for vendor inquiries.

Private distribution system alterations project - installation of meters and other system alterations for eight private distribution systems. Eighteen meters and two double check detectors will be installed between the ten locations. Also included is installation of approx. 185 LF of 3" PVC water service line and approx. 500 LF of 1" PVC water service line. The meters and double check detectors are procured by the owner. Snow College is soliciting proposals from qualified development teams to serve as a Development Partner to deliver a student housing project on College-owned land in Richfield, Utah. The college seeks approximately 150 beds of affordable student housing with target rents of $450–$550 per bed per month; the selected partner will provide feasibility, development, and potential construction services according to project requirements. Questions are due July 31, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. MT and proposals/responses are due September 10, 2026.

This Lease requires the development, construction, and operation of a private terminal servicing departing and arriving passengers on scheduled commercial flights, and optionally airline crews, offering a private, luxurious, bespoke and expedited experience away from public terminals for dwelling before commercial flights, including the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") screening, delivery of guests to the aircraft for domestic and international flights via private vehicles on approved Airport ramps, and the reverse journey upon arrival, including Customs and Border Patrol (“CBP”) screening for international arrivals. The Village of Estero is soliciting proposals for a public-private partnership to redevelop a 32-acre publicly owned site north of the Estero River into a mixed-use, riverfront-focused development. The selected partner will be responsible for master planning, development, financing, and long-term operation, including multifamily residential, retail spaces, and a boardwalk connection to the Bonita Estero Rail Trail.
