The City of Roseville seeks a contractor to replace the food service exhaust hood, Ansul fire suppression system, and the walk-in cooler/freezer at the Woodcreek Clubhouse and to implement ADA upgrades. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, and equipment and comply with applicable codes and standards. The solicitation is identified as RFQ #10-3448 and includes an estimated value range of $180,000–$420,000.

The City of Natchez is soliciting sealed bids for the Phase II rehabilitation of the Natchez Golf Club at Duncan Park, including construction of an ADA-compliant ramp and restoration of exterior steel windows and facades. The project involves roof restorations with asbestos coating abatement and interior renovations to offices and halls, including mechanical and electrical improvements. Funding is provided by a 2025 Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant administered by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks with matching funds from the City of Natchez.

Work includes construction of fire station 77 dorm subdivision.

Signal upgrades.

The Construction includes the installation of approx. 4,359 LF of 6" PVC C900 water main, approx. 5,190 LF of 8" SDR 26 sewer trench cut, one (1) submersible duplex pump station with approx. 1,179 LF of 4" PVC force main, new roadway with approx. 6,456 SY of 8" GAB, approx. 710 TNS of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt, approx. 9,426 LF of curb and gutter, approx. 1,285 LF of 18" RCP, approx. 1,495 LF of 24" RCP, approx. 464 LF of 30" RCP, approx. 183 LF of 36" RCP, approx. 23 catch basins, and all roadway and drainage improvement construction necessary for the completion of the neighborhood right of way infrastructure.

The scope of work includes performing Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) which requires milling 3-1/2 of existing asphalt and subgrade material; then mixing Type I Portland Cement at a spread rate of 65 Lbs/SY. Contractor will then install 2 of 19MM asphalt binder course; apply tack coat and then top with 1-1/2 of Type 2 - F Mix (9.5MM) surface course asphalt pavement. Contractor shall re-establish crown in center of road when installing pavement to promote positive drainage to existing curb & gutter and storm drainage inlets. Existing asphalt cores based on SGC report reveal asphalt thicknesses of 1-1/2 to 2-1/2. See file for details.

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (Division of Mining, Land and Water) is soliciting bids to clean up three state-owned parcels located between Wasilla and Houston, Alaska, including removal of junk cars, structures, and miscellaneous debris. The official solicitation and supporting plats/maps are posted on the State of Alaska Online Public Notices site and include an attached ITB PDF and maps. Bidders must register in writing with the Procurement Officer listed on the notice to receive addenda; the notice references a bid due date of June 11, 2026 and was published May 21, 2026.

Harris County Precinct 3 issued an ITB for Subdivision Drainage Improvements in Lakeshore to design/construct drainage improvements and perform associated hazardous and safety compliance work. The solicitation requires standard construction bid documents including bid bonds and insurance, and it features a voluntary pre-bid conference via Microsoft Teams on June 2, 2026. Bidders must register on the Harris County Bonfire portal to download official solicitation documents and submit their responses by the June 15, 2026 deadline.

Work includes: approx. 4,800 LF of 8" water line and all appurtenances; approx. 3,200 LF of 8" sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. Approx. 16,000 SY of asphalt pavement. Approx. 70 LF of sidewalk box.

Seeks a consultant with broad experience in evaluating indigent defense programs.

Work consists of demolition and removal of existing playfields, grass, paving, and associated site improvements such as bleachers, dugouts, backstops, batting cages, and fencing. Select concrete, asphalt, curbs, walkways, light poles, irrigation, utilities, and storm drain elements are also removed or modified to accommodate new construction, while designated buildings, trees, and features are protected in place. New work includes the construction of upgraded athletic fields with new surfacing, fencing, and field equipment, along with site improvements such as concrete paving, accessible paths, and landscaping with irrigation. The project also includes installation of new utilities, drainage, and site lighting, with grading and infrastructure improvements integrated into the existing campus.
