The City of Winter Park seeks qualifications from experienced teams to design, finance, construct, and potentially operate a structured parking facility through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) using City Hall parking lots. This RFQ (RFQ26-20) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement to shortlist teams for a later RFP for detailed concepts and proposals. The project location is City Hall at 401 South Park Avenue in Winter Park and includes required parking capacity for employees and the public, with potential compatible CBD uses.

Shawnee County Parks & Recreation is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide professional design services for the development of a new clubhouse facility at Cypress Ridge Golf Course. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for architectural and engineering services to design the clubhouse. Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting qualified construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) firms to provide private construction of public utilities management and inspection services under a task-order indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, with task orders generally not to exceed $425,000 each. The contract term begins upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed for one year with up to four one-year extensions; firms must demonstrate relevant experience, financial stability, and required staffing, and the procurement encourages participation by MBE/WBE/SBE/VBE/DOBE/LGBTBE firms. The opportunity is open with questions due 2026-06-10 and proposals due 2026-06-18; required solicitation attachments (RFP PDF and submission instructions) are posted on the buyer portal but require vendor login to download.

Project consists of approx 14,976 LF of roadside ditch grading, 15", 18" 24" and 48" hdpe pipe and structures, 48 steel railroad drainage pipe and structures, driveway, sidewalks and roadway restoration for a complete project

The Perry Downtown Development Authority (DDA) seeks qualified developers for a public-private mixed-use development venture on a 0.5-acre site, incorporating retail, restaurants, office, residential, and public greenspace in Downtown Perry.

The Calvert County Health Department Local Behavioral Health Authority is soliciting proposals to develop and operate an Adolescent Clubhouse serving youth ages 12–17 who are at risk for or recovering from substance use disorders. The program requires the establishment of a non-clinical, peer-based recovery support facility in Calvert County with specified staffing and operating hours at least six days per week. The award provides up to $311,856 annually to support community-based provider services for this peer-recovery initiative.

Clubhouse expansion.

Work includes but not limited to: exterior rehabilitation and limited interior alterations to the downs clubhouse, as well as accessibility upgrades to the pool complex, and pool and tennis pro shop and concessions outbuilding restrooms. Alternate work includes: refreshment & tennis pavilion upgrades and telecommunications upgrades.

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of the Montauk Downs Clubhouse, including exterior work and accessibility upgrades to the Pool Complex. The project has an estimated base contract value between $12,145,970 and $16,432,782 with a performance period of 550 days. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 28, 2026, at the project site in Montauk, NY.

The goal of this program is to enhance accessibility of behavioral health services through the implementation of recovery-oriented programming. The services offered should include, but not be limited to, psychoeducational groups, naloxone education, peer led services, vocational and educational training, self-care and social skills development, resource linkage, volunteer and service opportunities, and recovery related workshops. The Awardee will develop and operate an Adolescent Clubhouse utilizing a grant award of up to $311,856 annually.

Project includes the labor, materials and construction of a pump station/control panel to collect the Clubhouse sanitary sewer flows; the installation of two forcemain flow meters, with precast concrete structures; the installation of three forcemain line stop valves, a wastewater sampling station system with associated prefab building; gravity and forcemain piping; a gravity sewer manhole; and associated necessary communication and electrical connection and coordination on the Selfridge Air National Guard Base in the Charter Township of Harrison, MI.

The Contractor shall facilitate Accreditation and re-Accreditation of Utah Clubhouses and train local Clubhouse staff. Training and Accreditation are critical to maintaining evidence-based program Standards. Length of Contract: 5 years

The work consists of electrical redistribution for the clubhouse site including new electrical service and metering, coordination with NIPSCO, outdoor service cabinets and panels, CT cabinets and transformers, removal and abandonment of select existing electrical infrastructure, refeeding of existing outdoor electrical loads, underground conduit, conductors and handhole installation, installation of owner provided fountain equipment and control panels, electrical cutover, and all appurtenances.

Oak Forest Subdivision Reclamation asphalt pavement improvements.

Design - build historic shuffleboard clubhouse replacement criteria (example rendering included for reference only): shade/structure: modest, wet flood-proofed open-air pavilion or pergola-style structure within similar footprint as previous structure; secure storage: lockable, waterproof storage for shuffleboard equipment and maintenance tools; utilities: lighting (led or solar preferred), electricity, water access (bubbler faucet, or similar); restrooms (proposal alternate): one restroom; design services: provide all necessary engineering, architectural and environmental analysis to inform the design. Prepare detailed plans and specifications for review and approval by the city. See attached file.

Perform drilling, construction, and testing of a new potable water well, and construction of associated gravel access road.

This Request for Proposal is for administrative and minor subdivision plat applications.

Work consists of complete subdivision construction for a 23-lot single-family residential development, including: erosion and sediment control and SWPPP implementation; site clearing and grubbing; topsoil stripping and stockpiling; mass earthwork including roadway and lot grading, retention pond excavation, and import of suitable fill; approx 1,060 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main with manholes and 23 service laterals; storm sewer (PVC and RCP, 12" to 24") and twelve (12) storm structures including a retention pond outlet; approximately 1,730 LF of 8" ductile iron water main with fittings, valves, three (3) fire hydrants, and 23 water services; 1,450 LF of new public roadway (HMA pavement on aggregate base) with 2,870 LF of combination curb and gutter; concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps; and all required testing, construction staking, and as-built record drawings.

The University seeks to partner with a developer to deliver high-quality, financially sustainable, and student-focused housing that supports enrollment growth and enhances campus life. The University is willing to invest up to $1,000,000 in support of the project, subject to final negotiation and approval.
