The Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) seeks a qualified technical consultant to join the Private Roads Advisory Team to develop and implement prioritization criteria, review private road standards and revise the REI app, and create a Technical Assistance program to build capacity for private road erosion inventories in the Lake Champlain Basin. Phase 1 focuses on mapping and capacity building; Phase 2 supports completion of 12–20 Road Erosion Inventories with consultant support through summer 2027. The project is funded by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation and includes a period of performance from February 9, 2026 to September 30, 2027.

Work consists of the rehabilitation of the 1934 Zilker Metro Park Clubhouse, a 3,170 SF building which is a contributing structure within the Zilker Park National Register Historic District. The Work includes, briefly and without force and effect upon the documents, restoration of the building envelope including roof replacement, masonry repointing, lead based paint remediation and asbestos abatement, repair and restoration of windows, doors and chimneys, upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems, installation of a new HVAC system, and interior construction to reconfigure restrooms and support spaces as shown in construction drawings. Work also includes construction of a new terrace to replace the existing, and landscaping, signage, parking and other site work meeting all ADA requirements. Restoration of the masonry and wood structure at Lookout Point is included as an Alternate. Contract documents indicate the Work of the contract and related requirements and conditions.

The Tunica County Utility District is seeking bids for the construction of sanitary sewer improvements in the White Oak Subdivision, including upgrades to an existing lift station, smoke testing of approximately 8,300 linear feet of sewer lines, repairs/replacement of gravity lines and cleanouts, manhole rehabilitation, and on-site closure of an existing municipal wastewater lagoon. The project requires a contractor qualified under Mississippi law with a current Certificate of Responsibility and requires Payment and Performance Bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount. Contract time is 210 consecutive calendar days and liquidated damages apply for late completion.
