The Government of Canada is establishing a Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) to provide a standing supply vehicle for off-the-shelf software licences and associated maintenance services. The arrangement is intended for Canadian public-sector buyers and covers a broad range of software categories. This Request for Supply Arrangement remains available for new submissions until its scheduled expiry in September 2028.

The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) is soliciting continuation of technical support, maintenance, and operational use of the LINX Licensing System for an additional three years to ensure uninterrupted licensing and regulatory operations. This notice is issued as a sole/single source or procurement exempt from advertising by the DFS Procurement Unit. Responses are due in mid-June 2026 and documents/details are available via the NYS Contract Reporter.

Los Alamos National Laboratory issued a technology-licensing special notice for 'BroadQ,' an entangled-photon Quantum FTIR platform that enables broadband infrared spectroscopy and microscopy without cryogenic detectors. The notice invites companies to license and commercialize the patent-pending BroadQ technology and describes technical advantages, potential markets, and TRL 3 readiness. The Department of Energy posted a Special Notice seeking interest/technology licensing inquiries; this is a licensing opportunity (not a grant) and explicitly not a call for external development services. The SAM.gov notice identifies a June 30, 2026 response deadline and contact information at licensing@lanl.gov for licensing inquiries.

Proposers must be authorized Microsoft licensing partners capable of optimizing the system's entitlements before the November 2026 renewal.

To obtain information, comments, or suggestions from potential vendors before issuing an invitation for bids or request for proposals; determine whether to issue an invitation for bids or a request for proposals; and generate interest in a potential invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Vendors should not contact the State regarding this RFI. All communication should be either by responding to this RFI or by submitting a question during the question and answer period.

The University of Minnesota Office of Information Technology (OIT) issued a Request for Bid to procure specific Fortinet equipment and one year of associated licensing to align with the University’s existing Fortinet environment.
