Keystone Human Services is soliciting a qualified general contractor to fully remodel three single-story residential properties in the Wilkes-Barre area to achieve ADA accessibility and building-code compliance. The project involves properties at 594 Warren Ave, 6 Valleyview Drive, and 137 Stucker Ave, which must be bid on as a single prime contract. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid by June 16, 2026, following a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough scheduled for May 26, 2026.

The work shall include, but not be limited to, the abandonment of approx 15,800 LF of potable water mains of various sizes; the installation of approx 4,700 LF of potable water main varying from 8”, 6” and 4” C900 PVC; the reconnection of water service lines and fire hydrant assemblies; the rehabilitation of approx 17,200 LF of gravity sewer mains and laterals with services including internal closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection, cleaning and inspection, sewage bypass pumping, cured-in-place piping lining; and all other work.

The scope of work includes adding a new concrete front porch with an ADA accessible ramp, reconfiguring the bathrooms to make them ADA compliant, new plumbing fixtures, new accessible outdoor deck with a ramp, new lighting and power, relocating the electrical meter box, and new finishes.3. The scope of work at Stucker Ave includes adding a new concrete accessible ramp at the front and side entrances, reconfiguring the bathrooms to make them ADA compliant, new plumbing fixtures, new HVAC system, reconfiguring the existing kitchen, new lighting and power, new vinyl siding, new windows, and new finishes.

Allegany Human Services Center Renovations and Additions.

The Town of Clayton (NC) is soliciting proposals for Phase One Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance and Human Resources replacement and implementation services. The procurement is an RFP with an estimated value range of $500,000–$3,000,000 according to available estimates. The solicitation is currently open with a response deadline set for June 12, 2026.

Replace all types of roof fasteners with new. Replace all boots around vent pipes with new. Replace with a new bigger-wider ridge cap. Repair-straighten and seal all vertical and horizontal seams of roof sheeting and trim. (D building) fill in-between ridges of standing seam to seal underneath ridge cap. Repair all fastener misses from previous installment. Contractor is responsible to pay and obtain all permits concerning the project. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, calculations, tools, materials and cleanup.

Allegheny County is hosting a pre-RFP matching session for firms interested in the upcoming Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation project. The session is specifically designed to facilitate connections between prime contractors and Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBE). The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on June 8, 2026, to discuss project requirements and partnership opportunities.

Provide social services for the homeless (ssh) grant funds.

Seeking a qualified contracted agency to provide early intervention (Birth-to-Three) services for children aged birth to three years old, in alignment with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Services will be delivered in natural environments such as the child's home or community settings. The contracted agency must be capable of safely and effectively serving approx. 190+ children and their families annually. The agency provider shall establish a sufficient number of core therapists to implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), specifically speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. This includes fiscal management and billing for early intervention services as well as therapist oversight. All staff assigned to the program must meet all training and competency standards required under DHS 90.

Provide a comprehensive range of human resources consulting services, including hr capacity building and staff development, operational process improvement, standard operating procedures development, cross-departmental collaboration facilitation, and hris infrastructure and implementation support.

Assist human trafficking survivors, and survivors and individuals facing the risks, consequences, and hardships of participating in commercial sex or underground labor, to transition to safety, healing, and lasting stability free from trafficking, exploitation, or dangerous and illicit work. This program will leverage medi-Cal and triage individuals to the appropriate level of care.

To provide and perform injury prevention and mitigation, pre-habilitation services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the applicable fighter aircraft units. The Contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of fighter aircrew. Services provided by the contractor shall include the following: initial assessment of each aircrew, care for personnel who individually seek the services of OHWS Specialist; subject matter expertise concerning pre-habilitation evaluation /assessment, injury prevention, accommodation processes and implementation, ergonomic assessment and implementation, remedial training, and optimized performance physical training (e.g. strength and conditioning for fighter aircrew). At the discretion of the government, the contractor shall provide the following resources under this contract: licensed Physical Therapist and/or licensed Athletic Trainer and/or licensed Strength and Conditioning coach and/or licensed Massage Therapist.These documents will NOT be shared at this time.

This combined synopsis/solicitation requests contractor-provided Optimizing Human Weapon Services (OHWS) including injury prevention, pre-habilitation, and optimized performance physical training for rated fighter aircrew. The requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns and identifies a base year plus four one-year options. Performance is located at the 125th Fighter Wing in Jacksonville, FL, with offers due by June 9, 2026.
