Department of Human Services Rate Methodology

Description: The South Dakota Department of Human Services seeks a qualified consultant to develop and maintain rate-setting methodologies and conduct annual prospective rate reviews for home and community-based services. The work includes comprehensive methodology and rate-model reviews at least every five years, annual assessments of provider costs and other relevant factors, stakeholder facilitation, and related analysis, recommendations, and reports. Proposals may cover one, two, or all three service areas: Long Term Services and Supports, Developmental Disabilities Services, and In-Home Services.
