The system must generate alerts for overconsumption or abnormal usage, support project management tools for energy efficiency initiatives (goal-setting, progress tracking, ROI evaluation), and integrate with existing infrastructure such as solar panels and EV chargers while providing graphical displays and forecasting. The City requires a scalable solution to accommodate future operational and sustainability needs.
