The State of Delaware (Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families, Division of Prevention & Behavioral Health Services) is soliciting individual licensed mental health professionals to provide Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (two full-time ECMHC positions for Kent and Sussex counties) to serve early learning settings for children birth to five. Proposals are due January 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time and submissions are to be sent as instructed on the buyer site; the contract term runs through September 30, 2027 with potential continuation pending performance and funding.
