The Minnesota Department of Human Services (Behavioral Health Administration) is seeking proposals to innovate and improve accessibility and quality of community-based outpatient mental health services, with the aim of reducing admissions to regional treatment centers and community behavioral health hospitals. The initiative is part of the Mental Health Innovation Grant Program under Minnesota Statutes section 245.4662 and funds grantees to conduct gap analyses, design transitional care models (including urgent care centers), expand community services, and collect data in the Mental Health Information System with quarterly reporting. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028; eligible applicants include counties, Indian tribes, mental health service providers, hospitals, and community partnerships, and applications are due July 30, 2026.

Qualified vendors to provide statewide Coalition Capacity Building and Support, Technical Assistance, and Training Services to community coalitions and partner organizations engaged in substance use prevention and behavioral health initiatives.

Through this Open Enrollment, the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks to contract with staffing agencies that specialize in providing health professionals and allied health professionals for both short-term and long-term assignments at the Texas State Supported Living Centers (SSLCs) and Texas State Hospitals mental health facilities. HHSC seeks staffing agencies that can render services in a timely, professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner while ensuring the highest standards of performance, integrity, customer service, and fiscal accountability.

Sonoma County is soliciting proposals via RFQ SC001-0000002031 for a progressive design-build contract to construct a 14-bed Youth Crisis Center at the Los Guilicos campus in Santa Rosa, CA. The approximately $18 million project is funded by Round 5 of California's Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP-R5) and will deliver a safe, healing environment for youth in behavioral health crisis. The selected firm will design and construct the facility in compliance with California codes, with emphasis on sustainability, accessibility, and trauma-informed design.

Funding is available to support programs already funded during this timeframe within the Homeless Crisis Response System. This funding is for new or expanded project interventions or programs. Program types include: Scattered-site Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH); expansion of the Community-Based Behavioral Health Rental Assistance Program in Mason County; scattered-site emergency shelter for households with minor children; seasonal, cold-weather, night-by-night emergency shelter (October 2026 through April 2027 or based on proposal); non-profit leadership and board development; behavioral health-focused street outreach operated by a licensed Behavioral Health Agency; and other requests are allowable. Requests for time-limited rental assistance programs, such as rapid rehousing or eviction prevention, must allocate at least 65% of the total program budget to rent and no more than 35% combined to Administration and Operations.

Mental health services.

Provide oral health services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, dental hygiene, and oral surgery to adults, children, maternity clinic patients, and other client populations with special needs, as referred by the county.
