The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Health Security (OHS) is conducting market research for a commercial, configurable Occupational/Employee Health Electronic Health Record / Management Information System (Occ Health EHR/MIS). This RFI aims to inform industry of DHS-wide requirements, understand current commercial capabilities, and obtain feedback for future acquisition planning. Responses are submitted via an online form and are due by June 3, 2026.

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a contractor to remove carpet wall coverings and refinish walls in 14 rooms at Summit Behavioral Healthcare in Cincinnati. The scope of work includes stripping existing carpet, repairing wall surfaces to a Level 4 finish, and applying two coats of paint. Proposals must be submitted by June 3, 2026, and the contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and site cleanup.

This RFP is for an employment opportunity for a Public Health Nurse II to coordinate the Breast Cancer Cervical Control Program and the Maternal Health Program for Warren County Health Department.

Mental health services.

Provide oral health services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, dental hygiene, and oral surgery to adults, children, maternity clinic patients, and other client populations with special needs, as referred by the county.

Health and Medical.

This solicitation (BAA-GH-OAA-2024) titled 'INNOVATIVE HEALTH PRACTICES' is a request for expressions of interest posted by the U.S. Agency for International Development. The aggregator links to the SAM.gov posting with a close date of 2028-02-20; because it is a federal opportunity, it does not meet the requirement for a non-federal government RFP and therefore no valid non-federal RFP is returned.

The City of Lancaster, Texas requests proposals for administration and services related to Health and Welfare Benefits to establish a contract with a provider offering a robust provider network, superior member services, and competitive pricing. Proposals are to be submitted via email to HUB International per the solicitation instructions. The solicitation period opens on 2026-05-11 and closes on 2026-06-12 at 10:00 AM CT.

Burnet County is seeking sealed proposals for employee health insurance to explore coverage options for its workforce. The contract resulting from this RFP will have an initial term of three years with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline to be considered by the Burnet County Commissioners Court.

Provide funding to community health centers to develop and implement programming, as specified in each funding opportunity, to best support community health centers in providing health and social care to the populations they serve, with a particular focus on upstream activities to reduce health inequities.

Oral health services.

Provide various on-site health care professional services limited only to the RIDOC.

The U.S. Embassy in Abidjan is seeking health and life insurance services for approximately 298 locally hired employees and 902 eligible dependents. This firm-fixed-price procurement includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The solicitation is expected to be awarded based on initial offers without further discussion.

The City of McAllen is soliciting proposals for Third-Party Administration (TPA) services for its Employee Health Plan, seeking either a self-funded Administrative Services Only (ASO) medical claims arrangement or a level-funded plan bundling medical, pharmacy, and stop-loss coverage. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen bidding portal and are due June 18, 2026. The City reserves the right to select the single plan or components that best meet its needs.

The Trophy Club Fire Department seeks proposals from qualified medical providers to perform annual occupational health physical examinations for approximately 17 firefighting personnel per year. Examinations follow a two-tier alternating model focusing on cancer and cardiovascular screenings and must be supervised by a Texas-licensed physician. The initial contract term is one year with up to four annual renewals, with services provided either on-site or at a nearby clinical facility.

The property includes a 11,939 SF, 2-story commercial class structure on .30 acres of land. The property has deficiencies related to deferred maintenance and is sold “as is, where is.” The property was used as a behavioral health facility and is currently vacant.

For health care delivery system (hcds) electronic health record follow-on.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) issued Special Notice HT003826X0000 to plan a competitive follow-on award for the MHS GENESIS Electronic Health Record (EHR) under the Healthcare Delivery Solutions (HCDS) program, seeking industry engagement and input. The notice includes industry day materials and Q&A documents and describes objectives to modernize the EHR, improve interoperability with VA and federal partners, and leverage commercial technologies. This is a planning/special notice (RFI/industry engagement) leading toward solicitation activities; it is not a grant program.

The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is inviting applications for contracts under the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Incubator - New Health Center Location Program. Eligible organizations can receive $1 million each through this Open Enrollment opportunity. The submission deadline for proposals is May 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm CDT.

CAL FIRE’s Forest Health Program funds active restoration and reforestation activities aimed at providing for more resilient and sustained forests to ensure future existence of forests in California while also mitigating climate change, protecting communities from fire risk, strengthening rural economies and improving water & air. This Fiscal Year 2025-26 solicitation will include one grant type: Forest Health.
