Summary
Funding is available to support programs already funded during this timeframe within the Homeless Crisis Response System. This funding is for new or expanded project interventions or programs. Program types include: Scattered-site Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH); expansion of the Community-Based Behavioral Health Rental Assistance Program in Mason County; scattered-site emergency shelter for households with minor children; seasonal, cold-weather, night-by-night emergency shelter (October 2026 through April 2027 or based on proposal); non-profit leadership and board development; behavioral health-focused street outreach operated by a licensed Behavioral Health Agency; and other requests are allowable. Requests for time-limited rental assistance programs, such as rapid rehousing or eviction prevention, must allocate at least 65% of the total program budget to rent and no more than 35% combined to Administration and Operations.
