The U.S. Embassy Singapore issued a presolicitation (Notice ID 19SN1026Q0019) for Work Injury Compensation Insurance and related administrative services covering all locally employed staff at the Embassy. The insurance must comply with the Singapore Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA); the anticipated performance period is September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, and the formal RFQ was not available at the time of posting. Interested vendors must demonstrate they are licensed to provide Work Injury Compensation Insurance in Singapore and may request additional information via SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov; the Government may award the contract without discussions.

Work includes full build-out of currently shelled space on the fourth floor on the building. This space is currently empty and will be turned into office, reception, restroom and storage spaces.
