Requires the expansion of the existing Utility Chiller Plant at Building 44 to correct the N+1 redundancy finding as per the Facility Condition Assessment Report. This includes adding a new water-cooled chiller, sized for 1,250 tons, on the second level of the building addition and installing a new two-cell cooling tower on the roof. Additionally, electrical gear supporting the new equipment will be located on the third level, and the fourth level will be the housing for an additional Electrical Generator (to be procured under a separate project).
