This procurement is for legal support services under NAICS code 541199 and is being conducted as a full and open competition. Proposals are being accepted for professional support services with a deadline set for June 2026.

Seeks Contractors to act as Administrative Hearing Officers to conduct hearings on the merits of administrative citations issued by the County. Various County ordinances utilize an administrative citation process similar to the use of misdemeanor citations; but the County process decriminalizes the citations and uses a County administrative appeal process rather than the criminal court system. The administrative citation process is currently used by Parks & Recreation Department and the Environmental Health Division. It is the County's intent to enter into Agreements with multiple Contractors (two or more) for this work.
