Additionally, a development variance permit application for Wollaston Street was debated and defeated, a contract was awarded for the Esquimalt Recreation Centre roof replacement, and the E&N Reconciliation Corridor Initiative was discussed.

Additionally, the committee addressed the recruitment process for citizen representatives and reviewed cost estimates for the design development of the Accessibility Plan.
